Transmission Mode GTSport Music

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or I'm not understanding how transmission mode is supposed to work. Based on the description, transmission mode is supposed to play a limited/different playlist when using PlayStation Broadcast, and it forces transmission mode during your broadcast. It my understanding that it does this to avoid copyright issues that could effect them and your stream. Sounds good. But, when I broadcast, no music plays any time that I'm racing, menus seem uneffected. When not broadcasting, transmission mode plays just fine during a race. So, is this a bug or could it be that I've done something weird? Thank you for your time.
 
You should've race without BGM Music :lol:

On serious note, transmission mode uses Japanese Electronica and Daiki Kasho music for the BGM if my memory serves up correctly. A well known thing happened is sometimes Race BGM didn't play when streaming mid race.

A lot of times I don't use BGM, but I figure it would have to be more entertaining to viewers to have a little BGM playing while they watch. Maybe I just need to spring for a capture card so I can feed everything into twitch myself and overlay music. This is a known issue though?
