my favorite movie of all time was the matrix, but the next 2 sucked balls. the 1st two LOTR movies were awsome and the 3rd is my new favorite movie of all time. so LOTR, hands down. it runs circles around the matrix trilogy

also. the matrix was based on a comic strip.
