Trouble with Racing Etiquette Videos

So I’ve been trying to watch the racing etiquette videos so I can take part in online races, however every time I try to load one it says “A network error has occurred”.

I’ve tried restarting my internet, disconnecting and reconnecting from online and also tried using both WiFi and a lan cable but nothing seems to fix it.

I don’t think my internet itself would be the problem here as I can connect to the servers and play online on my only this game but all other games just fine, so if anyone has any help on this matter it would be greatly appreciated, as I don’t understand what the problem would actually be in this case. Thanks in advance.

No, I have a disc and I’m using the same account I’ve always used with PlayStation plus

I just checked if racing etiquette videos show up on my primary account but there are no videos. Same network error Message. Super annoying. No idea what this is. Anyway, screw racing etiquette, almost no one holds on to it

The main problem is that people can't take part in Sport mode until they have watched these videos.

Yeah it’s really annoying, I’ve just completed all of the campaign mode except for the emerald league, and now I’m looking to try some online after improving the basics. Annoying that I can’t do online because of these videos

Seems as if here lately that this game is experiencing multiple problems although not affecting everyone the same. You have the grip bug, the lack of the required videos to race online, loss of cars in the garage and some people finding excess credits deposited onto their game accounts. Then the getting kicked or disconnected errors while entering sport races and I am sure there are more I am not listing here.

Seems like PD needs to call an exterminator to get rid of all the bugs popping up.

I came on today and tried re-activating my primary PS4 and now I can watch the videos. You may want to try that, hope that helps you out
