how many people have discoverd the joys of the tuned viper!!!!!
OMG what a car.
fuji 800 pp
i think it can beat anything!!!!well i can.:sly:

I can't handle the thing. It seems like the back end always gets out of check when I drive it. But if you can rock it more power to you right? Also, I need to start messing with gear ratios to get a good edge I think.

I only drive cockpit view and with that ruddy great decal accross the top of windscreen it has the the worst field of view of any car in the game, so unfortunately that puts me off what is otherwise a great car.

Im starting to think the whole reason for this is the front end has too much downforce. If you leave that the same and add more to the back. You can get more understear which is much better. and leave the gears alone.

Haven't tried the Tuned Viper at HSR. I have good luck with the GT06. I can often beat all the non-wallriders with my setup. It really ticks me off to finish 2nd to a guy bouncing off every wall. But I refuse to do the same.

It really puts me off racing the HSR.

But I'll try the Tuned Viper. Maybe I'll be surprised. :)

I would be impressed someone with tuned CLIO will beat other cars in 800pp race..

well i think its a good car... but the GT LM and the Z06 tuned are better in that circuit, with right setups of course! ;)

Tuned Capucino is even worst :scared:

Really? I never thought of it that way. The way I always looked at the aerodynamics was always to have it increased as much as possible to create the most downforce, hence allowing the vehicle to turn at higher overall speeds. I really do need to read some of these racing books that have been recommended to me! I'll have to mess around with balancing my downforce options later this evening and see if that helps me tame the beast.

Thank you so much for the tip!

Haha, I was about to make the exact same post.

Haven't ran the Tuned Viper on HSR yet, I've been in love with the Tuned 'Vette. But a part of my always liked a red Tuned Viper. Reminds me of the new ACR.

Yeah I think the Tuned Viper is relatively similar to the Z06 Tuned.
Setup's are quite improtant to help you drive them fast though, especially when trying to get the power to the ground.;)

The tuned viper is a very nice car, i for one love vipers, but i can't get this thing to be as quick around HSR as the tuner vette. I guess I'll have to pop into some races to see if i can spot a GTP racer.

My worst tuned car is the the GT LM, my lord it's nigh uncontrollable, lift off oversteer, oversteer under heavy braking, especially in corners. Why didn't PD allow us to tune the differentials. This car needs this kind of tuning.
