Turbo Question

Yeah it doesn't have measurement. I think it simply shows when your spooling. Pretty pointless really, but You can't adjust how much boost your running can you? Thats an actual question because ive only been playing GT5 for 2 weeks.
 
From my own curiosity I believe the bars/lines are in "bar" (units) (e.g. 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 bar), this is by comparing it to interior views that have their own boost gauges. However I wouldn't take it as a accurate account of boost pressure and more of a general indication.

*EDIT*

rechecking the HUD boost indication, the middle line is 0 bar and the following 3 are 0.5, 1.0, 1.5bar.

Boost is non adjustable but I wanna know what notch represents in value
