Upcoming schedule sounds fun! Group C cars around the Daytona Road Course. I feel like I never get to do any races there. And of course the Brickyard is going to be a blast. Definitely going to be different than the Daytona 500, but I imagine tons of fun. :dopey:
 
I really liked driving that Jag on Daytona rd. Challenging buy fun. And the GT-R felt really smooth in the snow. Just the right amount of power.
 
Naturally work went extremely long today. Won't be able to make it tonight. I was really looking to finally run these races. :( Maybe I'll be able to make the 2nd race.
 
The Ferrari is a bit of a handful at times but nothing unmanageable. I would have loved it. I loved it the first go around when I was practicing. Bunch of sissies need to learn to drive and get out there to race.

Yeah, AGAIN. I think most of the turtles don't like this pairing, but its just a guess.

sorry, i missed it,👎 i was working a late night shift. other than that, i would have made the race, those 2 cars are a lot of fun around that track!:ouch:

I was at an awards banquet for my daughters school. MBOBB1969 is on vacation. Dolph had to work. martin_ky let me know something came up. We are going to run that race though! :irked:

It was the imperfect storm. :lol: So weird that something would come up with so many of us. I'm still interested if we try a third go-round with it.

Edit: On a side note, I finally got my headset and was wanting to test it out. I could have made it to the 2nd race, but I saw it was already cancelled.
 
We will have practice tonight at 9:30pm Eastern in Turtle Town. See you there!
 
Sorry I couldn't make it tonight, I had a project to do for Spanish class.. oh how I don't like Spanish, but its alright. :lol: ill be at practice tommorow.

Hey Bill, thank you for joining the FLEX Racing Series. If you don't mind could you complete the steps below. Thanks, and welcome to the Turtle Racing League!

How to join the Turtle Racing League - FLEX Racing Series

Step 1: Post your request to join along with your PSN ID in this thread. Also choose and include a unique (refer to drivers list) car and wheel color combination. You will also need to choose a unique car number for cars with number plates. Colors selection will be on a first come, first served basis.

Step 2: Accept the friend requests you are sent which will include our TURTLE_Town lounge that is to be used for practice, testing, free run, or casual pick up races.

Step 3: Purchase and break in your car(s) then change the oil. Do not tune them in any way. Races are "Tuning Prohibited" however, the "Tuning Prohibited" filter allows for changing brake balance, torque split, and engine limiter.

Step 4: Join the TURTLE_DivisionX Lounge on Friday night at 10pm Eastern / 7pm Pacific

Brings back found memory's . My first race with the guys in the flex series was a rally event.
The only time I've ever beat psycho and mbobb was on the snow at chamonix. The three of us probably still have some car parts laying around that track somewhere. Man what fun.
Good luck everybody. Wish I had pictures from the last rally event and knew how to post them.
The one with my car in the air and the wheel completely off of it was the funniest. Ha Ha

Better driver than me, I don't think I've ever beaten psycho or mbobb in a race.... Or Martin... Or scarecrow...

I've beaten them in practice but they step their game up come race day.

That's a shame. It was awesome seeing all your car parts laying on the course last time.
 
Great racing last night! Congratulations to RacingOtaku86 for the sweep. Well done!
 
What really surprised me last night was both my super fast lap times (which I won't tell what they are unless they're posted or you watched the replay), and my ability to either maintain (to a degree) a gap or pull away from the field. Honestly, with Martin and Dolph there, I thought it would be closer than it was, but I'll take the win and run with it... on the snow, of course.
 
You really took it to us, RacingOtaku. 👍 It was close for about 5 laps during the first race, but I dropped off after that. Martin continued to stalk you, but it didn't look like he could mount a challenge. The second race was a laugher. You went from last to first in about half a lap, then proceeded to gap me by more than a second each lap. I have no idea how you were able to speed away like that. I was stunned.

Nice win Otaku! And it was fun racing with the others last night as well. :sly:
