Hey im green as grass in regards to tuning. Are there any experienced tuners willing to help me out? Pm me. We can even talk payment if you need a little motivation

There are plenty of good threads here on GTPlanet in this very forum. Just take a couple hours and browse around... Tuning takes time, experimenting, failing and succeeding, its not something someone can tell you

i'm sure its not a simple task.
It'll be something i'd have to work on for the entire time i'm playing Gran Turismo.
All im asking for is Guidance. Someone to make sure I go in the right direction

As of right now all im doing is copying tunes from here.. I want to take a crack at it for myself

Go to Games > GT5 > Tuning Forum and find the sticky thread called "GT5 Tuning Guide"

That's a great place to start. You just need to learn the fundamental effects each setting has on a car, and then it's just lots of trial and error.

Read over the guide a few times (maybe even take notes on the basic principles) and then practice, practice, practice

Yup. 👍 Check the stickies at the top of the tuning forum as well for some good guides and theories. A few of the big garages also list out a few items on how they go about tuning. Praiano, MotorCty Hami and CSLACR have sections of their garages dedicated to that as well as others.

All the above are great tunes you should play with until you find your style 👍
