Yokohane In:

#296 Electric Shark - you must turn on your hazard lights (R3) and then alternate hitting the right and left wall/barrier, he will come from behind and challenge after not too long

Make sure that you have autoshift turned OFF. That way you can stay in first gear and control the car much better. Then make sure that you tap the right analog to make sure the your hazard lights are on. I started before the Yokohane In, and once on it I just kept going back and forth as I moved along, hitting the walls. I was 3/4 the way down the Yokohane before he showed.




For W. Gen San:

#124 W Gen-san - will only appear on Fridays and will only race cars that are lighter than 600kg

He's on the Nagoya track in the Kanjou section. Make sure that your car ways under 600kg, plus he won't show any other day than friday.
 
I hear ya, but you should ask in the Cars in General forum, they'll get an answer straight to ya'.

Just go to that forum, click the New Thread button in the top right, and type in your topic and description. This will get you the best results.

But anyway. Im having a slight problem-o with TXR3 here. Im 99%, 1 racer left. And that racer is Stalker Hammer...He won't come out, Im doing what the faq says, and somehow, he don't come out. Its making me mad. Cause I wanna pimp out the VW Golf. So, ToyoMatt. Think you can help me out man. If anyone, feels like reading my PLEASE-HELP-ME-POST, please answer quickly...

Alrighty, well here is what I did.
I raced for ten days straight, just racing one person on the same route as Stalker, winning, leaving then just coming back in and repeating. Make sure to go the same route on the course as Stalker. That's really all there is to it. If it doesn't work though, drop me a line.
 
The problem is, is that it says,"#153 Stalker Hammer - will appear after you have won 1 race for ten consecutive days in this area without leaving for another area during this time." It says clearly area, and I got confused and thought you just have to stay in the Osaka City.
 
I got him beat. 100% done. I love it right now! I have the Engine swap available for all cars without the miles! Its great.

No need to beat everyone in the area, just use an R34 with a swapped I-6 turbo, and exterior mods, ie. different headlights, taillights, etc..

Setup a night where you can do the mileage trick.

If you don't know what the mileage trick is.
1. Select a track to let it idle at.
2. When you are entering the raceway, there will be a few seconds when you are in autopilot, or after a race as well.
3. When in autopilot, eject the game disc, and let the game run.
4. You'll gain miles, without having to drive them.

By beating everyone in the area, allows him to spotted on your map easier.
 
Man this is a great resourse for this game I remember having to use this for TXR 0 . . . good compling guys : )
 
Thanx everyone, i beat him without the milage trick..My problem was i wasnt reading the guide carefully lol....I was going by the games rival list which says hes in E Higashimeihan, But infact Hes in W Higashimeihan
