Tyre icon with percentage

Hi

There is an icon at the left bottom screen, it looks like a tyre with a percentage in. My percentage stays on 0 percent. What is the meaning of this icon?

The percentage shows how much water there is on the surface.

Most used in the 24 hours endurances and the 1000 KM at Suzuka.
Also in the AMG Academy, and in the Suzuka race in the FGT championship.
Probably somewhere else too, but can't remember right now.

It gives you an idea of how wet the road is so you know when to change tyres. For example, if the road is only 5% wet, then you could get away using sports and racing tyres on it...
