Iceland will be a tough test, England are struggling to break down teams who don't go toe-to-toe with attacking football. Should be interesting to say the least!
Idea for better knockout stage games: have the penalty shoot out first... then play the game, but the team that lost the shoot-out knows they will go out in the event of a draw... it would certainly make that team work a bit harder to score!
