Another big game for Wales tonight, I'm not feeling confident but then I wasn't feeling confident before the Belgium game...

Portugal have been dire in this tournament, but it would be foolish to write them off. Ronaldo is an arse of humungous proportions, but he is always a threat and Wales need to play with him in mind. I think Bale will need to play more of a part than he did against Belgium, and I think it will be a very different type of game. I hope Wales don't choke with the pressure of such a big occasion, but just as Iceland have done, Wales have already earned their place in history - not to mention in the hearts of every non-Portugeuse person :p

Good luck Wales - let's hope you don't need it, and I can't wait for a Wales v Germany/France final!

Collins and King in for suspended Ramsey and Davies, Robson-Kanu keeps his place up front, unsurprisingly!

Wales playing their Black away kit as we are the away team, not a good omen as the last time we played in that kit was when we lost to England.

Let me say this before the game starts: based on what both teams have done this tournament, Wales deserve to go to the final. Much, much, much more so than Portugal.

Also, if I had to place a bet, it would definitely be on Wales for winning this.

Whatever happens though, I just hope that it is a game worth watching. 👍

Let's see what this semi-final gives us...

Edit: I doubt Portugal will win the Euro even if they proceed to the final. Remember that 2004 night against Greece, where we (Greeks) won 1-0? :dopey:

A more promising prospect for Wales from the outset compared the Belgium game even when they're down one first-team defender and a key midfielder. Win or lose, getting on the score sheet should be a formality by this point.

The thought of Portugal possibly making it all the way to the final without managing a single win in the first 90 min is one I'd rather not dwell on.

I like Wales :p; They've played better than most in this tournament.

And I'm not very confident we'll go through, especially now without Pepe...

Why not red though? Is it a rule? Looks odd with both teams kits like that.

Both teams wearing their away kits? :odd:
Yep, something strange, why wouldn't one of them wear the home kit? Both of them have their home kits red , but I do not know why they both use the away kit, lol.

RTE said that as Wales were the nominated away team they wore away kits, but Portugal's red was considered too dark so they also wore away kits.

A similar situation happened in the last World Cup when Holland played Spain, both in away kits.

Quite happy with Wales at HT, not a good game to watch again though, cagey and tense...

Vokes on for Ledley, Striker on for a midfielder, might as well go for it, got nothing to lose...

Have got a lot of attacking players on now so we need a good ball in to the box and we will be right back in it....
