As far as I'm concerned, when your 19 year old Sister is the only that watches you while your guardians are somewhere else, I don't really care what I do.

Ask, she can only say no right? and you wont be making an fool of yourself either, she may very well be thinking the same of you

If you do ask and she says no, she's going to be at a different school than you so then it wont matter

First - you go find a piece of really, really, really strong rope, then you need to look for a nice and tall tree.

Yep. He has it b/c of this.

The 3 of us went to the mall. Well, they wanted to talk in private. So, he takes her into the hallway that leads to the restrooms, and staff area. I decide to sort of spy on them, and what do I find?

He's trying to take her into the men's bathroom and is trying to assult her in the process. Threatening her, choking her...So what do I do? Turn him around and break his noise. By now, other people are calling an ambulance and police. I sat in a jail for 3 hours. Luckily, I have 2 witnesses that saw him.

Now, I'll have to go to court as well next Saturday.
 
You've totally got him. The witness and her testimony will keep you from seeing anything countproductive in your life. Don't worry about it too much.
 
I have no clue, but I'm sure he's got some witnesses. But it won't be fair. They only saw me punching him, not him trying to rape my niece. I'll be making sure Tracey files some kind of deal that keeps it so he can't come within 500 feet of her.
 
Bruises, and a mark where he had been choking her. Not a real visible one, but still there. Plus some parts, were he had grabbed and I guess pinched the skin.

Has she or you taken photos of all these marks that he left, they are very important in court.

Yeah, without any proof, you have no case. Unless the cops or witnesses saw anything more- such as him assaulting her.

I have 2 witnesses. A staff member, and a janitor who was coming out of the bathroom and saw him there.
 
yeah. I doubt the Janitor will do anything. I know he saw it. I saw him standing there and watching it. But I doubt he'll testify. He seemed to only know Spanish and wanted nothing to do with us.
 
Why do spanish people always clean stuff? lol in movies and tv shows maids r always spanish. You sure have a chick problem on your hands alright.

I'm pretty confident we'll win this case. Unfornately, it just killed my plans for the Detroit Auto Show. :nervous:
