Unable to create new media tags

Just tried adding some tags to media and it says I "Can't create new tags".

Did you used to be premium?

I am not entirely sure about this, but I think there is some sort of data cap if you are not Premium.

I'd wait for the man himself if this is not the case. As I would think that it is a Jordan question.
