Unable to reply to threads on the app.

As the title says, I am unable to reply to some threads whilst using the app. Whenever i write my reply, the send box is greyed out. Any solution to this?

I'm getting this too, but only for messages that are one line. It seems to send if its two or more lines, or if I click return on a one-line post.

My app for the last few days keeps locking up on page loads and/or reply posts. Wasn't sure if it was the app or my stupid phone.

Edit: It works fine as long as my post is 2 lines or longer. Weird.

I get this from the PS3 browser actually. I have cleared my cookies and cache from the toolbar menu but it didn't solve it.

See if you can get your post to be more than one line long. That works for me on the app, I just click return.

Just posted from the app, and I did not have any problems (3G connection, Android).

Although on a few occasions, I've had to close and re-open the app for posting to work (this wasn't the case just now).

Will it still post for you if your post is only one line long?

I can re-create this issue on my iPad, which is running iOS 6; everything still operates normally on my iPhone, which is still on iOS 5. For those of you experiencing these problems, what version of iOS are you using (assuming you are all using iOS)?

The mobile apps are unrelated to the site's behavior in the PS3 browser. Could you explain what happens, exactly, in more detail?

I'm on iOS 6 when I'm getting this problem.

I've just confirmed with the Forum Runner platform developer this is an iOS 6 issue and will be resolved in the next update, which should be available within the next two weeks.

I click on Internet Search and type in GTPlanet, click on the direct link to the forums and log on fine. Then I go to a random forum, say the Sports forum, and type out a 3-4 sentence long post on a USB Keyboard. When I go to click "Post Reply", it just says "The message you have entered is too short. Please extend your message to at least one character."

As you probably know, the PS3's browser is a very troubled piece of software.

I suggest you disable the WYSIWYG post editor in your account settings; look for the "Message Editor Interface" and select the "Basic Editor".

Yes, they tried to make it better in the last update but I noticed no improvement.

Anyway, thank you for your help Jordan as always and I will try that when I next get on.
