Alot of people tend to favour the Amuse 380 Superleggerra when it comes to choosing a Nissan 'Z' car, when I first drove it I can understand why.
That is until I drove the Gran Turismo 350Z RS.
It's a prize car, so everyone should have it, it also alot cheaper than the Amuse, it doesn't look as aggressive and initially it may not feel as good either, BUT....
Get the 350Z RS dialled in and it has got ridiculous corner speed and balance, it's best (I think) in twisty 'handling' circuits around 520-530 pp spofts soft tyres. I've raced some vey fast guys in much more predictable cars (for that PP range) and taken them out.
I hardly ever see the 'RS' being used at all, it seems to be forgotten and the Superleggerra amd Z + S tuned Nismo's seem to be more popular, but the GT 350Z RS just seems to be the 'one'.
Try it, once dialled in, it's simply supreme an I've never lost to a Superleggerra, much to their dismay
Other cars in this pp range that tend to get ignored or not seen very often (mainly because there are other more obvious choices) would be:
Lotus Esprit 350
BMW Tii Concept
Both of these can easily match, or sometimes surpass their more popular siblings (Evora and M3's).
Check out the RS EVO's more the UCD, without the AYC and with a LSD instead, sometimes they can be easier to setup quickly, and also can be very fast.
Shelby series 1 and Oullim Spirra are another 2 dark horses, they can seriously kick a55. GTR (35) PROTO - often gets overlooked, but it has a favourable PP rating compared to the '07 & '09 GTR's and can put in some very good lap times.
Finally, the BMW M5, very rarely get's used in this PP range, initially the weight seems to be too much of a handicap, but dial it in and it becomes something very special, even on twisy circuits.
