Unexpectedly slow, bad handling cars.

Bugatti Veyron. Why won't you turn. Just a little bit please.

I'm not really sure why people didn't expect this. It's like they just looked at its power and top speed stats and that's all that mattered to them.

Ford Mustang V8 GT Coupe Premium '07
Much ..MUCH slower than expected. While the handling is acceptable, its been made too heavy and has the wrong weight balance compared to the RL car. Also, where are the striped versions?!?!?

Wasn't that due to them taking the performance model of the automatic?

Toyota Prius, It accelerate's better in real life then in the game. Also the handeling is so bad, I needed to use Racing Soft tires to get the corner good.

Because the R10 has roughly-true-to-life power figures and none of the other ones do.

Wikipedia says The 908 reached 730hp, which is very simmilar to a stock 908 in GT5.

I think many of the older Group C cars match the power mentioned in their descriptions, but are far faster than in reality as they posses modern LMP levels of downforce.

I would say the R8... bought it because I got smoked by one in a room at 550PP, turned out to be the most gutless POS in my 550 PP collection. I was seriously disappointed by the GTR LM road car. weighs much less than the R35 and has like 600 hp maxed out... I took it out on daytona road course dropped the gas pedal to the floor and was like... where's the rest of it?

That Toyota PRIUS Touring Car that came in the DLC is a complete joke. I actually made the mistake of trying to use it once. Watched all the other cars drive past me on the opening straight and when we got to the first corner I understeered right off the track. Would have stood a better chance on a bicycle. :grumpy:

I saw this in my delivery truck and I knew right away this would be a total joke. My 250 HP F-150 will eat these for breakfast in real life. the CR-z is another one, but it's better than that toiletoda.

This, even fully tuned I can't make it competitive

Joke, right? I have destroyed many R8s and GT Ones at 700pp in La Sarthe with my Vertigo, even to the point that someone called me a cheater after my 5th win with a huge lead.

Pescarolo C60 Hybride - Judd Race Car '05

junk. very difficult to get a workable setup on this car.

Not that hard infact. I am far from being a good tuner and in La Sarthe mine only has any real problems at that corner before Indianapolis.

Ive seen the AI driving the murcielago lp640, and if you look closely every time the car turns the front end turns in way more than other cars, so its not just us having trouble with it.

The sv is miles better, im not sure how they messed up the 640 and made the sv at the same time.

The Panoz Esperante Gtr-1 is a car that ive had the misfortune to drive earlier. The handling is so borked on that thing, and it accelerates as if it had 600 horses instead of the claimed 750+. Im pretty sure ive mentioned this somewhere else, but if the veyron and the esperante were to be equipped with the same tires and race on the ring, the veyron would win...

Completely disagree on the Esperante. When I drove it (several laps around the 'Ring) it handled exactly like I expected it to: Decently.

the vertigo is a race car you should tune if you know how to tune

Reading these last few posts, I bought the Vertigo some time back on the OCD, but never bothered with driving it, so I tuned it and took a few laps around Nur.

I am quite impressed with it, and drives so much like the Trevor Speed 12. Aside from the cars desire to wheel spin, it bites through sweepers just fine with maximum downforce to the front and near minimum to the rear. Though, when it comes to downforce, it has a lower maximum limit then many race cars with a max of 35F/60R, making this car feel a little "Heavy".

A method of combating the wheel spin is to widen the first 3 or so gears making them more DS3 friendly. The Vertigo has a great powerband that works with this.

Definitely not the best, and can be a handful when abused, but rest assured, it's no pushover.
