yo here is a sweet video i made about aspergers

i hope you enjoyed it

👍 on these follow-up posts mnm.

Since most of you are adults and are working (and some of you are married and have kids..) so how do you manage to work,be with your families and still have time to be with friends and chat in forums?

It seems like a lot, but there's actually quite a bit of time during the week for everything. Once you get established at your job, you may find - as some of us do, that the estimated time for completing your work is conservative. That has prompted me to go find more work, but somehow I still run low and come back to the forums. That being said, I don't spend much time at GTP from home.

At home, I spend time with my wife, or if she's working play games or read or write my videogame (speaking of which I need to get back to that thread), or play guitar etc. etc. On the weekends my wife and I try to get together with friends fairly often. I imagine that will slow down a bit if we have kids though.

And was it a hard time after high school when you go to college or getting a job?

Yes to both. I was a big fish in my graduating class of 30 kids. Only 5 or so of us went on to college, and several of them dropped out. I thought I was pretty smart. I got good grades without having to work hard in high school, and I thought it would continue.

At college I went into engineering and was suddenly surrounded by people a whole lot smarter than I was. My high school hadn't adequately prepared me with some of the fundamentals I'd need, and I was quite simply not as smart as many of the others in my classes. The material came at me fast, and the professors didn't care a bit whether I succeeded or failed. After mid-terms my first semester I had some very low grades and started wondering whether I'd make it through.

Lots of people drop out after a semester of two of that. I found that I was willing to work for it, and work I did. Whereas in high school I could finish my homework in 15 minutes between classes and never think of it again, I spent every waking moment studying in college. I studied with groups, I studied alone, I studied in a box, I studied with a fox. I even got a white board for my room.

In the end, my maximum effort managed to get me B's in the freshman and sophomore level courses (like I said, I'm not that smart). But by junior year, when the university was done weeding folks out, the material get more interesting and more specific. Suddenly I found myself making straight A's. Grad school was more of the same, more specific, more interesting, more effort to teach from the proffs, and again straight A's.

Jobs were hard to come by though. I came out of grad school at an unfortunate time in the hiring cycle. I must have had 20 interviews on campus - none of which got me a job. It was by far the most stressful time of my life. Eventually I managed to pull on the right strings and something opened up (it seems that's always the way).

I know it feels like some of that stuff is really crucial for setting up your life - and that's because it really is. Which college you go to, what grades you get, which job you get - all of these make huge differences downstream. That's what makes it stressful. But stressing about it doesn't help. It's better to use that stress to help yourself focus on what's important. Is it important that your clothes aren't as cool as the popular kids? No. Is it important that the popular girls aren't flocking to you? No. Is it important that kids make fun of you or that you got beat up, or that you didn't get invited to the party, or that you have braces or pimples or big glasses, or whatever the hell it is that you're self-conscious about? No.

But that goes both ways. Is it important that you're the guy all the kids want to dress like, or that all the popular girls want to date, or that nobody ever makes fun of you, or that you beat up the other kid, or that you hosted the coolest party, or don't have braces, or don' have pimples, or whatever the hell it is that makes you feel cool? No.

There are two things that really matter for the rest of your life from high school. One is understanding the material you're being taught - and some of that material is more important than others. The other important thing is scoring well on whatever test it is that colleges use for admissions where you are.

I'd like to say that it's important to make lifelong friends in high school. All of my best friends I met in high school and I'm really glad that I know them - but I never see them anymore because people go their separate ways. We still chat periodically, but they don't have much bearing on my life at this point. They do help you enjoy yourself while you're there though.

The video about Aspergers sounds like me and many guys I know. I'm sure somehow it's worse for folks with this condition, but I feel like I have many of the same qualities, and that most people do.

I mean, I know tons of guys who watch cartoons - even after they're married. I have trouble reading, lots of people do. I especially have trouble reading technical documents. I often find myself realizing that I've not been retaining the last page or so, and I have to go back and re-read it trying to focus. Some kinds of music get on my nerves too.

Honestly there wasn't much in that video I couldn't relate to - and I don't think I have any conditions of any sort. Maybe it's just exaggerated in the folks that have Aspergers, but I think folks with that condition might be surprised at how easily other people can relate.

Perhaps it's the accent, but it sounds (to me) like he's discussing "assburgers" not aspergers.

:smirk: That's how it's pronounced.. I thought so too when I first heard of it.

There seem to be lots of people on the net recently who have 'self diagnosed aspergers' which translates to. I'm a lazy shutin nerd with no social skills who hides behind a mental disorder.

Although bmx sounds a bit to young to be doing stuff like that, it just seems more and more people on the internet apparently have aspergers.

Since most of you are adults and are working (and some of you are married and have kids..) so how do you manage to work,be with your families and still have time to be with friends and chat in forums?

Well my job is working with computers anyway, and not many hours per week, so I get plenty of time to get onto the net in both environments, which is always fun. As for family, well...blood-relative wise I try avoid most of them...they're not the nicest, as for other family (such as gf etc), well mines in the states sooo really I can mix spending time with her in with spending time on the net so that's all good. But that's just me, I've probably got it fairly easy compared to a lot of people time wise.

That's a good point - I reckon that self-diagnosed anything is a bad move. I have alot of sympathy for people who really do have Asperger's, because people who either feign or say that they have it when they actually do not can only make matters worse for people who actually do.

Now realize something,i can live through my life without suffering so much as other have gone far worse than i did in my lifetime (so far) At least you all are not like my friends, they just take things for granted (they think their life is full of joy) and i think my life was almost in the realm of darkness.
I met a guy in a wheelchair one time who described life as being like a game of cards. You get dealt the cards you are given and there is no re-deal. You have to play with what you have. Things don't always work out like you planned in the end, but you can still do well.

Your friends are living like most teenagers everywhere. Teenagers always take things for granted because they don't know better yet. Some people live to be in their 40s and 50s without knowing tragedy or pain. Others, like a few of us medical cases on here, learn far too quick about it.

I don't know about my friends life, but to me they could live so much happier than i do
Americans have a saying, "The grass is always greener on the other side." Just like you see them living lives that would make you happy, they see someone with even more and think that is what would make them happy. A natural reaction to things is to think you never have enough as long as there is more to have. It is fine to work for more, but never forget to enjoy what you have.

(and maybe its a fact that i regretted also.I tend to think about my future too fast too soon and started to panic, but thats just me)Am i being paranoid or anything?
No, you are being a teenager. The moment you seriously look beyond school your initial reaction is fear. The real world seems like a scary place. I dreaded turning 18 (legal age in America) because I didn't want to be held responsible for my actions. I liked the ability to be stupid and make bad decisions and have people just assume it is because I was a kid. Little did I know the real world didn't actually happen until after college.

But again,i thank you guys so much.I really feel better now (then yesterday)
And I apologize for coming off somewhat mean in my original posting, but my initial reaction to anyone who thinks their life is horrible is to tell them to deal with it, especially since 90% of the time it isn't as bad as they think.

Well yeah,i think i should think positively no mater how bad,sad or even miserable you feel.Just get back up after you fell down
👍 Exactly, because if you sit around feeling sorry for yourself you will realize you missed out on what you could have had.

Since most of you are adults and are working (and some of you are married and have kids..) so how do you manage to work,be with your families and still have time to be with friends and chat in forums?
That's easy. No homework. :sly:

Seriously, this is another case of taking advantage of what you have. When I leave work it is either video game or family(wife) time. Since my wife likes completely different kinds of movies and television than I do some nights I have nearly the entire evening to gaming. Some nights she goes to teach a religious education course at her church (she's Catholic, I'm protestant) or she will visit friends. Since the church thing is regularly on Wednesday nights that is my drinking with my friends night. Good thing Wednesday is also a dollar off special for beer. When she goes out with friends (she is doing this tonight) I pick up my PS3 controller the moment I see her car pull out of the drive.

As for being on GTP: Well, I do it at work. Previously it was just during breaks, which actually ends up being more time than you would think. I was promoted a few months back and I know compile operations reports for the executive management team. There is a daily status report that goes out every day. To compile this data I have to receive operations data from every department. Currently I have only received data from two departments. Now, I wait. They have one more hour before I send out emails.

And was it a hard time after high school when you go to college or getting a job?
In America getting into college isn't hard. Tons of people want to throw money at you. Because of my medical difficulties the government wanted to do it but I refused. I'm stubborn like that. I got some money for a scholarship, and the rest was covered by a loan. The loan is the key. I, like Danoff, found I had to work harder in college after coasting through high school. So, after one miserable year, I realized that I couldn't work and do school at the same time. I had to do the loan so that I didn't have to try and pay for school up front.

Odd thing, I found school got easier once I discovered alcohol and I relaxed a bit. I use this as evidence that you learn better when you aren't stressing out about it.

As for my job, I got lucky there because a friend was already working here and when I mentioned I was starting to look around for jobs he said that they were hiring and were desperate for people. I started one week after graduation. Although, moving up in the company was easy too. I just did what I was told to do without waiting for incentive prizes and exceeded all expected goals. Now, I am, as the COO put it, on the management track.

Listening too it it sounds like a lot of people. I know I do random immature things. But as I get older and my parents begin hanging out with me as more of a social thing than a family thing I find they do it as well, even though they are closing in on 60.

Although I wonder how much of this gets confused with adult ADHD, as adults with ADHD don't run around screaming but actually hyperfocus on things like work, only to eventually break that focus and do something stupid.

Its okay FoolKiller. Its just an opinion.I don't look things like other people my age would most likely do (turn back and run away).I did this thread for a reason, and that is to learn a thing or two from you guys.I don't care if you said crap about me or don't even believe me.Its just an opinion in a forum(and besides, most of you don't even know me).Well whether if my aspergers is "self diagnosed" or even unknown to anybody, you could never know what its like to be me.

I have a different perspective to everyone else, having to be seen as the only "odd one out" at school,to have asthma(and even having flu all my life.Yes,i have a flu which won't go away and i have to live with that) and have to carry medicine and tissue everywhere i go.Its hard to be me.Even if i'm lucky to have parents who care about me,having brothers and sisters nearby, living in a middle-class family. Most people would want to be like me,but that doesn't solve my problems.Only I could solve my own problems. But it just seems to get stuck along the way....

Oh yeah,i have to tell you guys,i'm a Muslim.(yeah, don't hate me because of that.I know what the al-Qaeda did to you people but thats not me,thats not Malaysia. So don't worry....) and drinking and taking drugs doesn't solve your problems,it just makes things worse. How do i get away from stress, well i usually would play my PS2,go online, sleep and even eat (yeah.works for me 👍 ) but the best way to release stress is would be to go out and drive. It does really help you calm down on makes you feel better. If it works for Takumi Fujiwara,it got to work for me :) (not really, depends on how you see things....)

Oh yeah,i have to tell you guys,i'm a Muslim.(yeah, don't hate me because of that.I know what the al-Qaeda did to you people but thats not me,thats not Malaysia. So don't worry....)
Anyone who would hate you for being a Muslim wouldn't fit in with a community like this one. They would likely either be ostracized by the other members or banned for making inappropriate comments.

Of course, that doesn't account for those who might harbor such feelings but never share them online, but still, it is my opinion that anyone who hates someone else based solely on their religion (especially from associating that religion with the few extremists) is a stupid bigot.

I don't think you have to worry.

Today sucked.

Decepticons stoled mah Allspark.

Anyway,

The video about Aspergers sounds like me and many guys I know.

Then again, don't all people have some hints of autistic behavior? Same with tourettes syndrome.

Its been a long time since i posted in this thread, hope you guys don't what am i about to type here.Well here it goes,

Yesterday my grandmother was sent to the hospital with the help of of my aunt and uncle. My grandmother was very ill (and stubborn) so she still doesn't want to go to the hospital. After a few hours we persuaded her to go and brought her to my uncle's car. Then they send her to a local hospital a few kilometers away from my place to get some help (me,my mom and my cousin stayed back) After i finished my tuition my parents quickly pick me up and went to the hospital to visit her.(of course my cousin went back hope when his parents pick him up while i was at tuition)

Unfortunately,i didn't get to see her at that time (but my mom did went and see her) Me and my father than went back home and pack up some of her stuff and bring there and give her (she has to stay back since no one was there to take care of her and is afraid that anything might have happened if we weren't there. Its also a normal thing for a Malay to do) so i gave her her stuff and went back home and sleep (thats why i wasn't online at that time)

That morning (about 4 a.m. Malaysian time),something happened to my grandmother and everyone went to the hospital to see her.(at that time i was asleep and tired,so i didn't went and see her.Don't say i was uncaring or anything, you have to understand it from my point of view) and found out that she had a weak pulse or something. But thankfully later on they had managed to stabilize her condition by that morning.

When i woke up this morning (at 9 i think) my mom asked me to get ready as quickly as possible and have breakfast before going to the hospital. So as everyone was ready we go the the hospital. When we arrive,we went and see her.I see her being in a state of coma (but not really unconscious, just something close to that) the most important thing was that she was breathing.I don't want to see another family member past away. Its like losing a part of yourself (if you know what i mean) and its a feeling that won't go away and haunts you throughout your life.I had to skip school :D but it wasn't all fun and games because i have to stay at the hospital the whole morning until mid afternoon (somewhere around 3) but i didn't have time to relax at home as i had to straight back to the hospital along with my parents to see her again.

I was only at home for 5 minutes before i have to get into my fathers car and go to my mothers workplace to send her clients policy or something (she works as a insurance agent) and then went back to the hospital. So at that time my grandmother was transfered from the emergency room to the nephrology room (i don't really know how to say or explain it) at the other side of the hospital.I heard from my uncle that they rushed my grandmother to the other side of the hospital in just a few minutes! The doctor then did dialysis on my grandmother. She had all sorts of illness from her past. Those illness was a high fever, heart problem, gall stone, and other illness which i don't know how to explain.

She had a pain in her stomach (which i think was from her gall stone from her kidney) and the doctors still don't know what is her illness is.They will soon do a couple more x-rays to confirm what her illness is.I do hope she would get better soon but at age 84,i don't even know how she is.But all i know is she is strong and have a strong power of will. But the illness looks like it got taken over of her and she looks extremely sick....

Anyways,so thats the whole story so far.If you want to give any messages or want to wish her to get well or anything, just go ahead and say whatever you want as long as its not too harsh or anything....and if i may offended or pissed off anybody,i am deeply sorry.

(now should be a good time for me to be emo again....)

Sad news everyone,

My grandmother had just past away last evening. She died out of heart (or kidney) failure at 6 pm on 2nd August 2007.It was really sad to see her go like that.Everyone thought she would be okay the day before but it turned out not to be.

Yesterday everyone was doing their own business and was all preparing to go to work.(as for me i was preparing to go to school) When i was at school, around an hour later my parents picked me up from school (so that means i had to skip school again). When i heard the news from my parents that her condition was getting worse by the hour.We then quickly rushed to the hospital. (although the traffic jam didn't help us out either)

We arrive there and quickly went and see my grandmother. When we were just about to see her,the doctor was doing some check up on her. When we do get to see her,her condition was even worse than the day before. She had to do a blood transfusion because her blood had been poison and went throughout the whole body including the heart, lungs and kidneys. Not only that, but she was already in a coma by time we were there and her heart rate wasn't regular.Sometimes her heart rate was around 80-100 and the next second her heart rate jumped to around 160-180.My aunt even told me that her heart rate was 200 at one moment.

Everyone of my relatives went and see her throughout the day.I basically had to eat breakfast and lunch there.I was there wearing my school clothes and didn't even get to go home that whole evening just to see how my grandmother's condition would turn out to be.It was boring staying in the hospital for the whole day but i understand that i had to do this just for my grandmother.I wonder if its the spirit that keep everyone going?

Just when everyone thought it was already bad enough,at around 5 o'clock my grandmothers heart stopped beating. The doctor rushed to see her and discussed on how to handle the situation. In the end they decided to do a CPR on my grandmother. It wasn't a sight to see,it even made everyone cried because its just so sad to see what was happening to my grandmother. But after a few minutes, the doctor finally got my grandmother to start breathing again but the doctor said it would happen again sooner or later.

But even through this trouble of getting her to the hospital and went through all sorts of trouble, her heart gave out and she past away. For those who were there, they were lucky to see her and to forgive her (or say something) and read out the Yassin to her before she had past away.It was very emotional for everyone. At moments like this, even a strong man would turn into tear by the sight of this.A feeling of grief.

After discussing with the doctor and my neighbor and what to do with the deceased body,we all finally head home. But we don't get to rest from there as we had to prepare some things and clean up the house before the body comes. When the body comes, they put her on a bed and we started to read out the Yassin again.(its a religious thing) and read out throughtout the whole morning.Everyone had to take turns and read the Yassin, even me and my young cousins.Everyone (especially me) had very little sleep.By Subur (or around 6-7 o'clock in the morning) My relatives went back home and get some rest and preparations for the ceremony.

After the ceremony,we all went to the cemetery to bury my grandmother. She was buried at the same place as my late grandfather and uncle. It was really sad seeing how things turn out to be.I wish i could turn back time and still enjoy being with my grandmother :( and i wish the doctor could really save my grandmothers life. Its as if they screwed up both my grandparents out of their lives. They could save them but they just don't want to.

But i don't know, maybe its a burden than god put on my family to live in.I'm not saying god hates my family or doesn't want to help us but its a true test of will and determination to live on this planet and someday we all may perish as well. Its not a matter of how and when did a person die,its more like how would a person prepare to meet god and how much good/bad deeds they have done on earth.

Sorry if i got carried away with the religion thing, its just me.So do you think it is worth the time to read this?I think so if you were reading this as of now.I really appreciate for all of you to read this and to see how one member of GTP feels now.And good thing as well that no one commented on my last post, that way i could just link up the story much better. If anyone still want to make a comment,go ahead.I don't mind anyone commenting my story or want to share my feelings or even say something.

I'm very sorry to hear that.
My condolences.

I'm sorry to hear this. I know how this feels, having only one grandparent left and last year my wife's grandfather died and then her grandmother this past spring. We were very close to them as we live in a house that is on their property. For the last two years we neighbors and I took care of the yard work for them.

It is hard to deal with the death of someone that you are close to, but with your grandmother's health this was probably the best for her because she isn't suffering anymore. As for how you feel about God giving your family this to deal with it is not anything like that as everyone dies at some point. Punishing your family or testing them, or whatever is not the reason for anyone's death.

And you will be the same person over time. You feel bad now because you are grieving. You may even be depressed, but over time you will heal. You never stop missing them and you never forget the loss, but life will always move on and as you continue you will return to your normal personality. Don't forget that you still have school, friends, family, and the rest of your life ahead of you and those things are still as important now as they always were. I doubt your grandmother would want you to give up on anything or forget how to be happy because of this.

Again, I am sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry to hear this as well. It's just life, I'm unhappy to say.

My last grandmother passed away from some rather unfortunate events a couple of years ago.

She had some stomach problems about over a year before her passing away, so she went to the doctor to find out what it was. The doctor said it was just Irritable Bowl Syndrome, and I think she received some medication for it. The medications didn't really do a hell of a lot, but the doctor kept saying it was.

6 months later, when she was staying around our house for a week, some more serious problems popped up. Going up the stairs in Burger King she was completely out of breath, so we had to go home. For the rest of the week, she was in the chair constantly because she couldn't do much mobile activity without becoming out of breath. Once she was back with her (different) doctor, she was told to be taken to hospital for a proper diagnosis. She was, very unfortunetely, diagnosed with a rare type of primary cancer of the ovary, which is a buggar to get rid of due to the type and rarity it was.

She went through Chimopherapy for several months, draining her more and more with every dose. She couldn't eat anything but special carton drinks, and could hardly walk around at all. She lost half of her weight and became very pale during this time, so it was awful to see. Sadly (or even fortunetely, to end the suffering), because she was so weak, she couldn't have a dose strong enough to kill the cancer, so they had to stop giving treatment. The cancer had spread too far, her blood platelet count was very minimal, and any way to fight off any illness like the common cold would be almost non-existent. It just didn't deem necessary to let her receive any more treatment.

A month or two passed before she passed away, but at least we were prepared for the ending we were going to have. She eventually died from a huge blood-clot in her leg due to inactivity - probably a gift since who knows how long she would have lasted without the clot.

Thanks guys for the reply.I know where this is going, you all are saying that i just need to live on even when something this bad would happen.Yeah,i do feel sad and grieving right now,but i think i can always move on.I feel sorry for you guys as well for your losses. Its a daily occurrence for everyone.Everyday someone would past away, whether you know them or not.As for what G.T. said,i think its something like my late grandmother as well as my late uncle.

My grandmother had some illness early on,only to be thought as a gall stone or kidney stone and the doctor said it was nothing. Then she starts to become weaker by the day and that thing happened. On the other hand,my uncle had cancer a few years back (like 5 or 6 years back) but he did not want to go for an operation. He tried all sorts of medicine as well as herbal remedy and those sort of things that doesn't involve an operation. But when he was admitted to a hospital, his cancer was just too much for the doctor to remove. In the end the cancer spread throughout his lungs and brain and eventually died.

Weird thing is,i had 3 relatives past away in a span of 3 years.First of was my grandfather 2 years ago, then it was my uncle late last year and now its my grandmother (oh yeah, for your information,my grandfather and grandmother past away on the same month. My grandfather past away on 20/8/05 while my grandmother past away on 02/08/07) :( so i just don't know why would this had happened....and now i have no more grandparents from my mothers side. The only elderly left in my family was my fathers father. He is 87 now and he is still healthy. But my fathers mother had past away when my father was still in primary school,so none of my family had ever meet her.I do wish i get to know her better :( Maybe its just life you know.....

I'm sorry to hear about that.
I know the feeling and I know that the first days are difficult, but try to pass your time doing something, and don’t think about it too much, because that could leave to depression.
I can only wish my deepest condolences.

im sorry to hear that mnm_bmx i can only offer my deepest condolences things will get better for you as time passes

I am deeply sorry for your loss. :( The only thing you can do is try to live life, without beating yourself to a pulp for this tragidy, it would be tough to live on with a part of your heart is missing, and you can't get it back, because it is obvious that you cared for them. I know how it feels man, I have been there. :(

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss, mnm_bmx.

I don't want to sound like a jerk or anything, but I think the main problem sometimes when you write these things is that you kind of ask for sympathy or gifts in return. It's a bit presumptious, and it kind of takes away from your loss and makes it seem like you're just after something and exploiting these losses instead of really feeling bad about it. Example:
mnm_bmx
If anyone is kind or generous enough, you may donate a GTPremium account to me
I'm sure you're not trying to exploit the loss your grandmother, but this is how it comes across, and you may receive negative responses, rather than condolences.

In the future, just add your story here and people will offer their condolences as they wish. It seems considerably more good-hearted to just type up your story and get some feelings out, rather than to ask for something in return, or propose ways that people can fix the problem for you, or make you feel better.

I'm sure this is not what you are doing, but this is how it will come across to most people. You're a nice kid, so take this as help rather than a complaint.

Dude, some of us only get up and go on every day, because we have no choice.
Get to that place and then kindly suck it up and drive on.
Does that sound harsh?
I hope so.
You may feel alone because you seem to isolate yourself from others.
Realize that you aren't the only one on the planet that has problems.
I work with 80 patients with End Stage Renal Disease.
That is a freakin' death sentence for most patients.
Unfortunately, it is a slow progressive disease, and it's usually one of many co-morbid conditions that actually do you in, not the Kidney failure.
I know a beautiful girl in her early twenties that may not make it to 40.
I know that many of my current patients won't be here this time next year.

The point of this is that, yes the defecation does indeed often hit the rotational ventilator. The simple solution is to move from in front of the fan to one side or behind it.

Life is indeed like a fan. If you stand in front of it, it blows, if you stand behind it, it sucks. Get beside it and get something accomplished.

Yes you have had some tough **** happen in your life.
Get past being "Emo" and I can almost guarantee a turn 'round.

If that's the case, I fail to see why you even bothered typing all of that.

All of your "psychological conditions" sound like a big cop-out to me. What matters is what you make of everything. So far, your only problem is you. Get over it and suck it up. You're still healthy and alive. Ages 13 to 16 are when we all get very emo. Just get through it.

Uh-oh. I'm 13, does that mean I'm emo?:dunce:
And pardon my ignorance, but what does emo mean?

:-)

Well once again i would like to say thank you for those who read my post and really thank on those who actually replied back on my post.I can't greatly appreciate what you guys are doing.I am fine now,and i'm still trying hard to cope with my loss but i do hope i'll get better soon :) (yeah, getting to play GT4 back again helps a lot too!)

As for Jimmy Enslashay reply, yeah sorry if the ending part of the post was a bit "rubbish" (my hand took over my brain :dunce: and started to type all sorts of crap.No problem,i'll remove it if it helps) and maybe i would still keep this username (even though it sound stupid....isn't it?)

Driving Park, emo is just a short form of Emotional. Its not only a sense of feeling,a depression or even a misic genre but its a state of life. How can you be a human if you have no emotions?Well i do and i like the emo genre very much :) (yeah, you heard me!If everyone has a problem with that, just don't complain to me!Everyone has a different taste for music and it happens that i like emo.So what? Its not like i'm the only person in GTP who actually listens to it.....)

Thanks for the explanation, and yeah. If someone likes emo stuff, it's not the end of the world. I don't get how people always shun people who like emo stuff.

:-)

I swear to god you best not be waiting for our reactions so you can put them into a book or something..

I have a mild case of Asperger's syndrome.
The only thing that was stolen from me was my brick gameboy out of my locker (I think) it really sucked because it was my mom's. I was a lot more upset than she was (I'm not complaining, though).
Anyway, that's awful, mnm_bmx, I feel sorry for you:(
