11 layers, about 1 hour creation time, and 1 filter (Difference Clouds, for the electricity).

I think it would look a lot better without the grid and a different background (instead of the clouds). The "untitled" text is a little funky, but I like the elliptical shape and the vector shaded modena.

Well where can I start, Ryan you own at Cell Shading!
Well I dislike the grid and I don't like the background, it doesn't fit together! The elipticle shape is a nice idea but the way it has been coloured with the blurred outline doesn't do it for me.

I only put the grid and clouds ther to make it seem like there was some "road in the sky"... I dunno, i love those additions.

I suppose i could make some solid-colored surface...

...but the way it has been coloured with the blurred outline doesn't do it for me.

They call that a glow.
