2. Expanded restriction options for cars in the online lounge [Car Restrictions], [Performance Points], [Power], and [Car Model] regulations will be possible to set simultaneously.

At last.

Awesomeness is here in this update.

It's not the best drifting track for those who like to use cars over 300HP, which is technically powesliding anyway.

Little big planet, rockband, Singstar, Forza?

Just some ideas.

Thanks for that :) If I had engaged brain a little more successfully I could have thought of those myself! However, are the updates for those games provided free of charge? I seem to remember the LBP water pack required the purchase of a pirate DLC or something similar - could be wrong though.

Hmm I don't really want to get into a debate. A lot of the updates are fixes and elements that should have really been in from the start.

I'm sure Kaz feels this too and the bug fixes are sprinkled with bits of joy from PD.

It would be nice to have a game that doesn't need fixes but we all know the time constraints and politics involved.

Burnout paradise gave good free content too. Not my cup of tea but free non the less.

I rarely play GT. obviously a lot of people here do. Im glad people are being rewarded for there patients and loyalty.

Good racing mate.

That's a fair point mate, the updates are often bug fixes but it is nonetheless nice to see a game receive the support it's due post-release.

They need to fix spa where some of the cars are hitting the pit wall exit!!! After the important stuff of course.

Does anyone no a time for this update. Hope i doesnt interfere with a race i have on thursday night. That would suck!

I sincerely hope that we will be able to filter out cars by type for all tracks now. I HATE it when someone tries to sneak in the X1 at the last second.

What also would be nice would be having the ability to set both upper and lower limits so people don't bring in a car that just can't compete. I also don't like when I'm hosting a Viper/Vette room and some decides to bring their 150HP Civic on comfort softs. We should have more control over what is to be raced online.

That's why we're happy. Some people don't like fixes, I guess. It just ain't right, I tell ya. Why can't they just be happy for us? I mean, we try soo hard. WHYY!!!??

Good work PD.

Hoping for an outside chance arcade AI settings are transferred to GT Life
👍

Among lots of other options/settings.

I'm in the middle of a B-Spec 24h of Le Mans. Should I be worried about it or losing my 200% credits?

Can't please 'em all mate; one mans gold is another mans 🤬 and all that jazz :)

So if I read that correctly, you will be able to restrict races online to a specific car? If so, that is a great fix among everything listed.👍

oh man I still play BP every once in awhile. It amazes me how simple they created it, but how well it was setup. I mean I don't think any company has stood up to the support that was given BP. I would say GT has good support, but its all those off weird things that makes me wonder why Kaz even bothered with that or left this out. BP had great online system, never once had a lagging issue or the hour of waiting for a room to boot.

You shouldn't be, because you'll have to manually install the update. I hope I answered you correctly. Why exactly would you lose anything or have a dilemma in the first place? Sorry if it's obvious, I'm trying to see it more clearly without giving out wrong information. It happens when I try helping somebody, and then it turning out that I was wrong :banghead:

I had to look up that expression, actually. :dunce:

You hit the nail right on the head. Or, you're SPOT ON! 👍 👍 :)

We love fixes. What's more, we make them happen! The "haters" that you want to be gone, *they* are the people these fixes are made for. Not you.

PD should implement an option to give us the ability to deselect animations. If you've seen it once you'll see it a million more times! They were fun in the beginning (1998) but now (2011) I want them gone.
