No fix on the Endurance thing? I want to do Endurance Races but i already saw here on the forum that is some sort of glitch and i don't want that to occur while im playing :indiff:

If PD would do it right from the first time, we wouldn't need to have all that great support.

I'd really like to know what PD's reasoning was to not allow cars on the kart track last week. Maybe one of the fanboys here knows. Whatever it was, it for sure didn't require a lot of coding to fix it.
Now I'll be able to use my cars in the game on a track in that same game. Revolutionary!

We dont do fanboys here, Just genuine GT players. 👍

Now we're all going to get asphyxiated from carbon monoxide poisoning from racing street/race cars indoors at Kart Space.

You shouldn't be, because you'll have to manually install the update. I hope I answered you correctly. Why exactly would you lose anything or have a dilemma in the first place? Sorry if it's obvious, I'm trying to see it more clearly without giving out wrong information. It happens when I try helping somebody, and then it turning out that I was wrong :banghead:

It is obvious! Sorry about the stupid post! I left it racing at home while I'm at work and as soon as I heard about the update, I didn't really stop to think about it! Thanks anyway...

I just love GT, can you imagine if all designers of console games were as dedicated and obsessed as Kaz. Just wish they would give us an option to remove all the HUD apart from speedo and rev counter. the driver list on the right hand side drives me nuts

They are fixing the endurance save bug.

3. Fix for issues in: Setting sheets, G25/27, resuming from pits in endurance races, TC car numbers and LSD settings, etc.

Good call on bringing cars to Kart Space. Mind you, spent a lot of time today practicing it in the karts. Kart Space I is hard in them :ouch: Kart Space II is better since you don't have to worry about the hairpin, but now you can use normal car Space I won't be as bad.

Wonder what the expansions to the restrictions will be. :boggled:

I hope that eventually they'll bring in setting sheets that reset all parts off of your car as opposed to not getting rid of non-removables - that's annoying. What they need to do to fix endurance saves though is to actually make them non quick-save, those are terrible for me. The R35 TC in general is kinda buggy, painted it today and the polarized colour parts didn't go away! :scared: In addition to not being able to change the number currently. Seems like they rushed it at first for the sake of getting another GT-R in. To be honest if none of the TCs had LSDs to begin with that shows they were all a tiny bit rushed in themselves. Probably just a glitchy thing with them acting like RMs - which you have to buy LSDs for.

what was wrong with the LSD settings?

On the touring cars you couldn't actually change them because they weren't available on them (but they are there, just with default settings).

EDIT: Oh yeah, DLC track seasonals can't be too far away now they're out everywhere.

It's supposed to be like that, I believe. Everybody's is like that.

Because of that, I don't think it's a bug. Only giving my two cents. I'm thinking most people don't like it this way.

Either way it's a bad decision. So now on my silver GT-R I have to live with some bizarre polarised colours that don't fit in in the slightest. :grumpy:

The EU PSN downtime occurring later today, mentioned by GraphiteGB (👍), may also affect North America.
I assume this will soon make its way to the US PS Blog, but right now I can only find it in the Support area, in the PSN Network Status area:

http://us.playstation.com/support/answer/index.htm?a_id=2578

The PlayStation Network will be offline for maintenance on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from approximately 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM PST.

During this time you may:

* Not be able to access the PlayStation®Store
* Have difficulty signing in to the PlayStation®Network
* Not be able to play online games
* See a maintenance page when attempting to access the PlayStation®Network

Note: When you log into the PlayStation Network, a message may appear which states, "the PlayStation Network has been suspended". This does not mean that your account has been suspended; it simply means the PlayStation Network has been taken offline. Please wait until the maintenance window has passed before attempting to connect to the PlayStation Network again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

That place is as dead as most Forza forums though.

Anyway, I'm willing to put money on a Spa A-Spec Seasonal with this update :)

Wasn't aware of that. That migh explain why so many of them come just argue.👎

I wouldn't get your hopes up. A seasonal race featuring Spa is more likely.

I wonder if any of the taller vehicles (pick-ups) will fit in the kart space tunnel?

Hmm I don't really want to get into a debate. A lot of the updates are fixes and elements that should have really been in from the start.

I'm sure Kaz feels this too and the bug fixes are sprinkled with bits of joy from PD.

It would be nice to have a game that doesn't need fixes but we all know the time constraints and politics involved.

Burnout paradise gave good free content too. Not my cup of tea but free non the less.

I rarely play GT. obviously a lot of people here do. Im glad people are being rewarded for there patients and loyalty.

Good racing mate.

Spec 2.0 and all the updates was not necessary. There are many games that would be much better if they change little things but those thing never happen. In GT5 they are trying address these things.

To me these 2+ updates (Spec-II, this one + DLC) in a such short period shows that PD have settled down to the new building and have passed all the problems of the past.
It looks like they working at full speed now.
This is just Brilliant!
