Just like GTPSP.
When viewing the dealership it should highlight cars that you own. The online dealership already does this and in GTPSP it said 20/21 cars owned (example).

As long as it takes just to go back and forth between menus it would be nice if we knew we already owned the cars without having to go into my garage.


UPDATE: Hey everyone I wanted to share something that I noticed last night and I want to know if anyone else has noticed this with other cars.

I have the Lexus ISF and it does not have a blue check by the car. I thought that it might be because I RM'd it but other cars I have RM'd have the blue check. Have you noticed other cars that do this?

I can confirm that I, ASDFG11 am slightly retarded and I have been bitten by this, not once, not twice, .....
 
This was my first thought when I visited the UCD back in November. It's these little things man.....these little things, why not PD?
 
Agreed, they should show if you own it (I buy several cars a day from the UCD to help me gradually get them all, but I've boght cars I already owned (but forgotten about) on more than one occasion
 
I've gotten caught with this, but the worst part was that I was buying the wrong car in the first place.
I went to do the Bonus Race 4 with the Citroen rally car, and bought a Suzuki rally car instead, even though I already had the Suzuki rally car. Wasted 850,000cr.

I don't think I'll make the mistake again though, knock on wood.
 
Yeah definitely should be added. I use mygranturismo to keep track but it's something that should be in the game. It's such an obvious detail to anyone who's actually played the game. I guess PD never did.
 
Yes, off course. This option is so basic, it's hard to understand why PD left it out.

But then again, there's so many of these little annoyances.
 
Absolutely! It would be so simple to implement and so unannoying to use! Even more so, as it is part of GT on PSP (already mentioned by the OP).
 
Hopefully if Pd hasn't thought about adding this they will see it on the front page and include it.

I have bought that expensive Honda NSX TAKATA 3 times and the Pajero 2 times, not to mention many more expensive cars that I already have :(
I know use mygranturismo.net though.
But if PD had this, we wouldn't need websites to help us.

This might be true but think of all the times you would save going back and forth from dealer to garage. For me it would save lot of time.
 
The more cars you get the more it's ridiculous to keep track. I have over 200 cars now, how am I supposed to remember which ones I have??
 
That would be a nice feature. I'm always buying stuff in the UCD that's vaguely interesting, but lately I haven't been buying as many because pretty much everything is starting to look familiar. I have no idea if I bought some specific car already or not.

Its very annoying to go to UCD and find car u like, and then not sure if u own it all ready, so u need to go back in garage to check it out, and then back to UCD to buy it, or not in case u got it, and every time the same thing.
 
Yes it should be shown. I also don't want to be kicked out of the dealership after I buy a car. I have been buying multiple cars at a time and it's very annoying.
