Because that is the kind that goes through a whole clip without hitting anything. Like in the A-Team.
 
Ahh, Swervin' Bullets. I've heard about those. They were the prototypes to those new heat-seeking bullets that lock on to targets. They were called Swervin' Bullets because that's exactly what they did. The program on the internal computer chip was all wrong so the sensors saw everything the same temperature and BAM! You got yerself a Swervin' Bullet.
 
I believe that the heat seekers were expensive. The henchman were only allowed the Swerving kind, and the higher ups got the heat seekers due to cost concerns. But the good guys always get the heat seekers, because "America never misses."®
Naturally this has changed from it's previous title of "Helping the fight Against Communism." ®
 
Whats this do that a laser pointer from the dollar store doesn't?! :lol:
