USB 1.1 to 2.0 upgrade

I am not trying to hijack this thread but, to install usb 2.0 into a old computer that has 1.11. Do I find the software to install it or I have to get something brand new?

You will need a USB 2.0 PCI card like this one

Well, that is going to be a *******. It has to go into a laptop...I will have to find a external port.

If it is a laptop you will needed to get a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card.
