USB ports and stuff on the PS2

What are they? The USB ports on the PS2? Also, can you use a PC stearing wheel on a PS2? Thanks for the help!

The wheel has to be designed to work with the PS2. However, there are some PS2 wheels that work in Windows. The Logitech Driving Force is an example.
