HOw long does the cars from the used car dealership stay up?

It cycles 6 cars for every game day. one game day would be one race or liscence test. like you go do a race then come back the last 6 cars in the UCD will be gone and you'l have 6 new ones

You don't need to actually race. Just enter the race and quit in the lineup screen and the cycle is done.

another way is go into licenses test. skip it 5 times and it will do a complete refresh of ucd
