If it was possible, which car would you choose to be a Vision GT Car?

I design cars as a hobby, So this is the Aegaeon. It's a mid-sized Executive Sedan, goes against the Mercedes E, BMW 5 etc.

Thought you guys on GtPlanet would like it.

So here it is, tell me what you think!

A Peugeot badge would go great with that front end. I can see where the inspiration may have originated. 👍

Those door creases are far too exaggerated though. I also think it would look better without the floating roof design, with visible A-pillars giving it a more balanced profile.

Like a lot of people said, the door creases are too extreme, but other than that the car is fantastic. You said you design cars as a hobby - is there anywhere we can see more of your work?

I pretty much agree with everything said above:
-Front and back look great, especially the back
-The sides are a little too busy, those creases interrupt the "flow"
-You're really talented, you have anything else we can look at?

Looks great, love the taillights, but the door creases make it look less like an executive car, and more like a sports sedan.

Was there perhaps any intentional Mazda Furai inspiration in there? That's what comes to mind when I'm looking at the side, anyway. Looks great. Better than a lot of concept cars coming out of actual manufacturers, imo.

From the side, those creases look amazing, but from angles they probably could use some toning down to be more realistic. It's just that the peak above the rear wheel looks odd.

You should join the GTP Automaker Simulator in the Rumble Strip.

Great work! Love both of the designs! If you don't mind me asking, which program do you use?

Remind me of an Aston with the grill.

It is a hybrid as all cars these days are going that way.

The Aegaeon is awsome! I would change two things:
-Tone down a bit the creases on the side;
-The back end could be a bit lower. I think it stands too tall given the agressiviness of the design. A more coupe-ish look like the CLS would go excellent.

The Ananke is pretty much spot-on for a car as outlandish as a 1300bhp hyper-missile. I do see a lot of C12 Zagato and that's a vey good thing

The Erebos is the next Marussia using F1 tech (I wish though). My favourite design of the the 3.

Astonishing work and great talent!

Been quiet for a while, heres the Achos, rival to the S class coupe and BMW 6 series. WIP so far, tell me what you think!

Next to the previous generation of the car that I made a while ago. (Prev gen model not fully textured because I was lazy :P)

Hey vanatic can you do classic cars that will be cool i think
I've never actually done one before, probably because I'm much better at modern designs or that my fictional company started in 1986. If i ever do make one, probably wont turn out too well.

Side profile looks really neat for a coupe 👍, although the back end is a tad bit too long.

Just my thoughts, you did a great job at modelling these cars!

Keep it up! ;)👍

@Vanatic I quite like these designs, there are some things I would change but overall they look good. Keep it up 👍

I would love to have a decent enough computer to use programs like that as I also like designing cars.

Thanks! I got a mac pro just for the purpose of car design XD

Hey... Is your profile picture from Sketchup? Used to use that back then.

Nice!

Yes it is, I use that for my cars. I've tried some proper design and rendering programs but they just don't run well enough.

The previous generation of the achos was made in Sketchup, 4th picture from the bottom.

So the achos is designed to resemble a parrot, for example the headlights were designed to resemble a parrot's eyes with one focus point. Also designed a new paint chip, Sunfire Macaw.

ACHOS ADDED TO POLL.
