Video Capture Cards

This aint really GT3 realated but it is since I want a capture card for GT3 Anyways I know many of you do and I was wondering whats a good one, I wanna be able to get pretty good quality video and pics off the TV on the PC. Thanks!

I have this one to. Problem with my card is no sound thru computer.
Working on that problem. Other that that its a good card.

I want one that will have so that i can get video FROM the TV and also use the TV as a monitor.....u know like type this and see it on the TV screen. Thanks....
