Honestly, I can see the shootout being cancelled if the rain doesn't ease up.

Yep. Can't see anyone being able to match him in the wet weather.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued the following severe thunderstorm warning.

"Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce large hailstones and damaging winds over the next several hours in the Central Tablelands and parts of the Hunter districts. Locations which may be affected include Orange, Mudgee, Bathurst and Katoomba."

Those that haven't been there, it's spooky driving at 60km/h in the dry. Just tippy toe in the wet is insane right now. Hats off to the racers.
