After yesterdays events, i have made some changes and taken notes of further actions to take place.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and definitely congrats to Greazy, Torreto, ProShoots!

Edit: I think we should make users post their connection speeds beforehand and set a minimum speed, if they fall below that number they shouldn't be allowed in as fastfox was saying it drags down the quality of the whole room.

Here are the following changes to reduce lag;

  • Visible damage - off
  • Race quality- standard
  • Mics - low
Room id will now be posted for further reference of search.

We had a horrible time yesterday due to my lag issues and psn alerts. Im hoping we can get all this sorted out before beginning of the season. Im sorry for all that. Everything else will stay the same. Although this season i will not be competing i will have to be in room to run it. So 1 member will have to stay out until a member is voted out of top 16. Then i will send you a message to enter. If you are not online at the start of your run, you will be passed up and the other person will get a bye run. So please be sure to do so.

I will be purchasing the capture card in the next couple weeks so all rounds will be livestreamed.

There will be no more preseason events again before season starts. Registration will open within the week and will be posted. All registered members will be posted to the website. Also if yiu did not notice on website our new driver area. You will see a demo picture of me, you will be able to click on the picture for a new tab to pop up of bio of driver. This bio will be updated after every round with wins, loses, etc. Plesse do not be alarmed if it dont list your previous season stats as fir this is a new game and everything was wiped clean. After round 1, your stats will include where you placed. I will also like to list a little about me section as well of where youre located and how you began drifting on the GT franchise. Please be patient as the weeks pass for all this to be updated.

I hope everyone the best this season and lets make it a world wide known event.

Im going to do a speed test when i get home. Should be okay, just had a my whole house streaming movie and on laptops at the same time.

That is wireless Isho. My wired ping to Brazil is only in the 30's which is excellent. Lets see a report from you connection before you start loling others.

38 ping, 13.42mb download, 2.56 upload.

And im paying for the highest they have which is 40mbps

Best thing to do don't run wireless lol
@SPANK if your running it through wireless that will be your problem. Try a speed test with it running through Ethernet and bet you get around 39mbps

You might want to check with them an make sure it doesnt say up to 40/10
