I have just recently bought this car, and i must say, for a concept it handles amazingly well, and when you fully supe it up, it can easily reach 230MPH (370.07KM/H) and at that speeds it can take turns like an F1 car, also it has amazing brakes, to me, it was totaly worth the $1.5M

This is one of the few cars ive yet to see at all in my UCD. and im at 88% completion.

I picked one up causes it supposedly rare and just to add to my collection.

I got this car a few days ago and I'm in love with it. It's an absolute joy to drive.

Actually looking for a second one now, so I can keep the first one completely stock :dopey:

I will Trade for a Buggati Veyron with 1196 bhp or somethin like that

Everyone has Veyrons.

The Nardo only gets used from my garage when doing drag racing on the top gear track. Its stupid fast in that situation, Enzo fast.

Buy it, and use it to re earn the credits you spent buying that car in the supercar festival seasonals.

You can have 1000 cars in this game, and can only have 20 million max.

Unless you're really low in credits, or saving up for the X2010, just splurge and get the VW.

It's not bad, a little quirky, but not bad.

get it right now! you wont regret it. find a tune on here and just drive, its so much fun

This car is a must buy.
Its a good online car alternatives than the usual "weapons"
It has invisible wings, both front and rear.. Lol..

And the sound.. That lovely orchestra... 👍

I used to have a 1:18 scale model car. Don't know if i still do, but would love to have it in game to use as a memory.

This thing showed up in my UCD right after beating the SuperCar Seasonal the first time with my ZZ II. I think it was the second time I saw it there. I passed on it the first time(probably cause of the $), but let me say...so glad I bought it the second time. This thing is an absolute beast as far as power, and it handles like a dream with the right setup(add some weight to the front) and proper throttle control(using a DS3). I think the only thing I added was one of the turbos and some slicks, took it right back to the SuperCar seasonal and had a blast!!! Now if I could finally find the R390 Road Car or the NSX Road Car(I'm at 91% completion and don't remember seeing either one of the beauts), I'd be extremely excited about a third go at the seasonal.

A great car and with the right setup, you don't need additional weight and it is setup good enough to slam the throttle, as I like give full power out of turns. I have a tune in my garage (see my signature), it is easy to drive and good fun! Give it a try, feedback would be appreciated as well...

That VW is a monster! I absolutely love it! :) Sure, it's expensive, but it's worth the cash... :dopey:

I don't see what the big deal is, it can be beaten on every price point and it bares little to no significance in whatever supercar class it was intended for.

The only remotely innovative thing about it could maybe be the unique W-type engine it has, but then again for only 500,000 CR more you could get the Bugatti that has the W engine that matters.

It seems to be designed to go around in circles, as it holds some handful of records at the track is was named after, The Nardo Ring. Then it was never seen again... way to prove your super car building abilities, Volkwagen. I applaud you. It must've cost millions to design and build and then run it in a circle - wow.

Anyway... it just looks like to me some sort of dick-waving to show the market that Volkswagen is kuhl. It wouldn't fit in my garage. It has no significant standing in any page of automobile history even in Volkwagen itself. Also the interior of such a fabled car is absolutely terrible. It also kind looks like a bottom feeder. Now if GT5 had the Nardo Ring... than maybe I'll partake in some of that action - but until then it should happily reside in the UCD for eternity.

There are plenty of Ferrari's, Lamorghini's, McLaren F1s, and ZZ-II's that are much better than it. If you had 20 million and have nothing else to do with your credit, than I might suggest it but really it seems so superficial to me.

Wait, you can only have 1000 cars at a time throughout the game? I had been buying everything, including crap, to try and collect all the cars in the game :(

In the supercar seasonal, three races gets you close to the 1.5, if you want it, buy it. I have one and it is not that bad a car.

It handles awesome for a non race mod car.
I would use this over the McLarren.

You're so negative.

Oh. btw if you are regularly using remote race, on the supercar race you should notice that THIS car is at the front pack finisher all the time regardless their starting position and bob's level. If that matters ;)

And everyone in this thread is hyping it for no reason. Actually I think it's over-valued, making it lesser of a supercar than anything it can compete with in the game. It is honestly one of the baddest deals of bad deals that is Supercar market. Powered by a sedan engine, it has no racing heritage, it's potentials were never proven or tested, it saw maybe 30 minutes or less of Nardo ring records in its lifetime lol and we want to buy it for 1.5 million credits for why? Not to mention it's a standard car, so 1/2 the game is missing from it.

Just counter balancing the hype in this thread. It's nothing to write home about. It's pretty typical to say the most, over-valued to say the least. It's "meh". I'm sure it has its niche on the track, but really... just meh.

Huh. All these years i thought it was an abandoned gt1 racer project. If it was then I don't mind the 1.5 million price.

Once i get my hands on one I should tune it to Gt1 spec and see if it could've worked or not.

Well I don't care if it's cheap or not. It's just a game, so I'm not looking for the best bang for your buck car. If I want it I buy it, it's that simple. With the tripled payouts it takes less than 15 minutes to earn 1,5 Mio Cr.

There are plenty of Ferrari's, Lamorghini's, McLaren F1s, and ZZ-II's that are much better than it.

And vice-versa.

Rarity? Nice handling? Good or bad, these are reasons.

For the fun? For the virtual driving experience? I'd agree with all your above points IRL. But c'mon it's a game. It's meant to be played the way you want to play - end of the story.

I bought this car the day I saw it in the UCD. I actually sold off 2 cars to make cash just in case it disappeared from the UCD. I don't have money issues now and still haven't driven it yet but I loved the car in other games. I'm a big VW/Audi guy so I drooled the day I found out about the Nardo. The W12 engine is essentially 2 VW VR6 (6cyl 15deg) engines mated together to make the W12. Bigger displacement obviously.

Well you can go buy it then - I'm not arguing anything here... I see you are quite enthused, I however do not share the same sentiment. It's a soul-less car in the game and out of it and that is why I do not allow it to stain my garage. My posts pertain to my own personal taste. IRL insight is important to some people...

I found it to be a smooth, fast machine! At first, I turned it down in the UCD, but it kinda grew on me and so when it came up again...I forked out the money. My only complaint is that, when you're tuning it up...the car doesn't drop much weight. So, even though its an 800+ horsepower car, it still has approximately 1200kg's to send down the track.
I WOULD buy it again if I had the choice, though. It DOES drive extremely well.

Can be tuned to 829Hp after rebuild. Can't put a wing on it though. But you can paint it. I have not driven mine much. I think it handles okay. Sounds nice too. Probably not the best car for the money though..

I didn't know that you can paint a standard cars?

You can have more than 1000 cars. I currently have 1069.

Somehow this makes me envy you. It's like you just got a new feature added to the game!
