What Sponsor Would You Want For 2018-2020?

"With how the race went, I think a fourth place is definitely something I can bow my head to. I think that there are rough questions that need to be asked now about if Chevy are ever going to be competitive enough to win these things. With full power and fuel burning, I couldn't get close to the 15 car, yet when I was ahead, he'd fly by in a corner. That's embarassing for everyone at GM and really the teams, because I don't think we ever had a chance of winning it between Ferrari and Honda running roughshod. We need some answers, and we need to find out if anyone in the Chevy stable is capable of putting together a championship run. If not, then we need to throw ideas into how we can improve."
 
Indy 500 this year was hectic to say the least, a lot of big contenders for the championship got eliminated early while #90 had to go through the entire race without a rear wing.

However one team that was happy with today was Rainbow Road Racing, whose driver Kevin Ritter scores into the Top 10 reaching 7th place, their highest placed finish with good timing in the double points round

"We couldn't ask for a better time to enter the high positions" says RRR leader R.5. "Ritter really showed his worth today and couldn't be more proud, we struggled at the start entering a lap down but we were able to get decent pace to overtake as many cars who joined us as possible and more importantly was able to survive the distant without a scratch, granted, I won't lie, we almost had heart attacks during the accidents".

However despite the celebrations they are still not done, they still have a few points to go in order to enter the Top 24 pre-qualifying reserved spots now at 25th position

Stefan, you were this close of saving your career today. Does this finish mean a lot to you after the season you've had?

"We had a tremendous car and I didn't get it done when it mattered most. I hate it for the team, hate it for Miller Genuine Draft and everyone involved. This was my greatest chance of making a statement that I belong in this series. If only I would've made my move with less than 5 to go, I think I had it in the bag, but dammit! This is not Birmingham, this the Indy flippin' 500 and I blew it!"

Does it sting more failing to qualify as many times as you have or finishing second at Indy?

"What do you think? 2nd at Indy is as bad as failing to make the race. It's not good enough. Just not good enough. Thanks."

POST RACE CONFERENCE:
"It was a gut wrenching race. Worried about the horrible wreck. Hope nobody was hurt from the big wreck. That looked awful seeing racing particles on the track. Besides that, today's performance was an indication that there's some hope for this season, but nothing else matters. I finished second. That's not good enough to save my career. Havoline is leaving, so there's that but MGD is what I'm concerned and I'm afraid I blew it. I don't think they'll be back. You never know with sponsors."

"Regarding 2018, I have a decision made up, but just waiting to put the final touches on some sponsorship contracts. Besides that, I will be back racing in this series. Just won't announce my team just yet, but it will happen and based on what happened, it may have convince them that I'm a valuable racer. I'm looking forward to get 2017 over and begin next season with a clean slate and represent the beautiful city of La Jolla, not La Joel and maybe win the 500 next year."

"Going forward, I think we need to win at least another race. If I can't, then I'll just stare at the beautiful women, lusting for other men and just have some drinks during sunset at the cove. I have to take care of some things because I'm not fully satisfied with my career. I'm a racer. Winning is in my blood. Anything less is a disappointment. However, things can only get better and just have to look at it that way. Top 5 in the standings, can't complain. Better than just being inside the top 15. It's a great points day. There's my positive outlook. Take care."

After. All of the races we upload come chronologically unless stated otherwise. These will be rounds 10-12, while Indy was round 8. Vancouver won't be uploaded due to the unexciting race and schedule constraints with making the rest of the season.

For those wondering what is currently going on, Nas' computer has hit the fan again, which has once again put everything video wise to a standstill. The entire season has been run, and recorded. And November 18th will see the full results be released so we can move full steam ahead to 2018. But I do want to get several more 2017 races out before the 2018 Monster Shootout.

Top 5 at the end of 2016, barely top half of 2017. Another win, sure, but with what was done in the offseason it should have been far more competitive. At least Ragus and Taylor did finish ahead of me.

This season was even worse than the last one. Doesn't bode well for future seasons.

I haven't, if you could do that that would be great, since it was a good scheme and I think we'll run it again (just with our new sponsorships). I'll pm you about details.
