Sounds like it rained and mass chaos took place. Add an only somewhat experienced road racer to that and you've got lots of cursing, lots of rage, and lots of black flags.

It was going well until the rain happened and caution came out. After the pit scramble was when it went to hell, coupled with the 3 dumb people (I was one) who forgot to buy rain tyres.

How do you not have rain tires? Seriously. Lol I never understand how someone can't have rain tires unless it's a NASCAR car. Even then I still have wets/inrers

The overall race leader will slow to 50 mph/80 kph and all other drivers of each class will catch up to that person based on when the reach the queue.

Yes, the pace is controlled by the leader and as long as you are on the racing surface you cannot be passed unless you are in Limp Home Mode.

Also, what if someone spins under FCY but stays on the racing surface? The whole line will slam on their brakes so that car can keep its spot and makes the likelihood for damage under caution much more severe.

1) It would depend on the circumstance. The example you gave wouldn't equal the suspension, but or really a penalty at all because you surrendered spots and pit to correct it.
2) That wouldn't count. Wounded Car Rule would apply, and that would include being spun out. I should have explained that to Dcrimnal better, but if you're travelling safely at 15 mph and are not spinning or going off track, no one can pass you.

Yes. If you are travelling 15 mph on a perfectly clear track, you either have to pit because you have damage everywhere (Wounded Car Rule...) or you are texting, which I can and likely will penalize for if I find out people are doing it just to do it.
