While we're making extremely ridiculous suggestions, may I suggest a classic VW Beetle Championship? What about Citroën 2CV Series?
 
What about the Toyota Prius Racing car because its the best racing that only goes 90 MPH...

Maybe it'd be more effective to inbox Angel with future series suggestions. ;)

VRR could become a comedy club. Everyone laughs at bad humor right? I opened the thread for ideas.

Due to the nature of college life and TIRE priorities: Im going to just announce that I'm leaving the #34 Corvette team effective immediately. I will like to thank @BRRT_Angel for organizing the series and @GTRacer22 for being such an awesome teammate. With that said I'm open to return for any potential VRR series on any future GT game. Thanks and best of luck to all

GT6 is dead.
Old gen is dead.

People are moving on to other games. A few have stopped playing racing games entirely. Most have gone to new gen on Xbox for Forza 6 since Project Bugs failed to win people over.

Some people have a life and a job to go to and are simply not in the mood for gaming now.

I'm sorry, but it's the way things have become now.
 
I won't make it to FP1 today due to college. I should be on for FP2 and the race.
 
Below is the pre-race brief for the Daytona round of CORE's 3rd World Endurance Championship. Although it is not official for this race, I highly advise everyone to take a look at this and know what to do and what not to do in terms of pit entry/exit, braking, and overtaking. Daytona is a tricky track believe it or not, and we all need to be on the same page to avoid an accident. Credit for the quoted post below goes to @memto89.

Notes:

Pits.

Pit in must be taken by coming off the banking and staying below the yellow line, if undamaged then staying in-between the white and yellow line.

All drivers must take the pit out properly using the exit road on the left.

Exiting the road it is ok to take liberties with the white line (not all 4 wheels)

Caution: Please be careful when coming out of the pits on cold tyres, it is easy to go off straight away.

Turn 1.

Please be careful into turn 1, it is an overtaking place but it’s a tricky corner and if you do not concentrate then you can take someone out. If your being over taken brake earlier to avoid running into the back of someone.

Bus stop

Pretty much the same as turn 1, it’s a tricky corner and if someone if is front of you then do not over take.

Through the infield LMP drivers DO NOT put GTE into a difficult place on the track, they do not have the same amount of down force and therefore can not make corners in the same way.

GTE drivers MUST stay low on the oval while being over taken by LMP cars, DO NOT go to the top of the track

Race 1 will be held from 7:00 to 14:00 (game time)
Race 2
14:00 - 19:00

Rule change​

Disconnection
In addition to the normal disconnection rule, there will also be a restart for anyone who DC's before the green flag is called. if it happens during the qualifying, then everyone will finish the 20 mins and then exit the track and let the DC join, DC will start from the back regardless of qualifying time.

Time
Be on time, we will not wait for you to join the lobby for spec check and if you do not make it you are not allowed to race. It is not the series owners responsibility to get you on track in time.
