If you could make up the VRR Super GT schedule, what 9 venues would you choose?

More action 'round here... It's about time. :D

What laptimes are 300s getting at Fuji?

Well, season starts January 9th. I'd hope the blood starts flowing.

Races start at 2:00 p.m. Eastern, with final practice usually open around noon Eastern.

The list of races are in the OP with race distances. My issue is the dates and I don't want to clash with any big GTPES races. I don't know their calendar so I haven't been able to move beyond January.

GTPSS Provisional Schedule

Hope this helps a little 👍

Okay, so with the help of Ph1sher, the calendar is now complete and in the OP. Due to the sheer amount of races this season, only Suzuka will be double points.

On Friday Nas hosted an unofficial Test Session at Fuji
At least there's effort. Never realized he still paid attention to this. I just kinda figured he was done racing in VRR.

He said that he is going all in this season.

I might host a test room at Spa this evening to start work on my SLS. Damn Christmas shopping stuff has thrown me right out of whack in terms of preparation.

With the class mixup, it should be interesting to see where everyone pans out.

Hey @RACECAR if you want, we can launch a Cat Devil Racing entry in GT500 for this. She needs GT500 drivers.

I'm in.

Angel, are the races at same time as previous season, right?

I'll try to get my RX-7 prepared in next week. 👍

@trobes29 told me that he wasn't interested in taking part this season. SuperGT just isn't his thing. It really isn't mine either, but they drive enough like prototypes where I'm good in them. I'll try to get some Saturday's off to race but having four SuperGT titles already, I don't feel I have too much to fret over championship wise.

Very talented rookies in the GT300 class, I have a feeling that championship will be hot with the pace of some of the new drivers. Best of luck to you all and remember, a clean second is better than a dirty win.

Would anyone be interested in a test day at the new Whitetail Raceway? I have a feeling you all will like it better than the first one I made.

They start roughly a half hour earlier than last season.

That's what I figured. He had said somewhere before that he was limiting himself to INBD stuff.

Hmm.... So, they start at 2:30 PM EST instead of 3:00 PM EST? I'm just making sure. 👍

2:00 p.m.

The way the weekend schedule will work, barring any unforseen issues, will be like this.
Free Practice 1: Fridays from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Eastern
Free Practice 2: Saturdays from 12:00-1:20 p.m. Eastern
Mandatory Drivers Meeting: Saturdays from 1:30-1:45 p.m. Eastern
Qualifying: Saturdays from 1:45-2:00 p.m. Eastern
Race: From 2:00-no later than 4:30 p.m. Eastern.

Number and car?

Oh right, let me get to that:

Car: Honda NSX
Number: 19
Team: Cat Devil Racing

I hope you realize that she isn't actually racing. The modded tracks killed her PS3.

Well damn, that sucks :indiff:

I can go to Free Practice 1, but not FP2, as the FP2 is too early for me. Besides, if I'm to compete in a VRR Super GT race, then I need to save energy for my PS3 and for myself, as these races will be a little tiring for me.

Besides, I may possibly compete in Full Season if the commitents allow me to do so. 👍

It's the NSX, not the HSV.

There isn't a requirement for you to come to both practice sessions.
