Also when we talk about HP and Torque please post at what rpm its made, and if possible a dyno sheet so we can see the powerband. Less power with a wider powerband is normally faster.
You've never seen a stock NSX run 12's? Do you happen to have AIM or something like that? I'd be more than happy to show you the 2nd best NSX, the NSX-S Zero, not the NSX-R which has the same power but weights even LESS runnin 12.8 in 100% stock trim.
As far as the "HP Varies dependant on rev limit" Rated HP's are given from Peak HP not HP at redline if that was the case a B16A's HP would be 140 ish, and the B18C Type R would be 170 ish, Most if not All B Series engines redline at 8200ish Stock, they will make peak HP at 7600-7800 RPM. B16 Specs vary from 160-170HP depending on model, be it SiR I or SiRII and if it's a USDM,Canadian,Asian B16A(1,2,3,4)
