Darnnit I missed yesterday's meet! And forgot to add you. I need to stop neglecting GTP.

I think I'm going to drive the R33. As my official "sign-up" car.
 
The meet went good I think we had about 10 people in the room at one point, but the more the merrier. There will be another meet tonight at 12pm est US if anyone is interested in joining. Add Psn: Prolific352 to join I will send a msg to everyone in WWA to inform them that the room is open.

Just made a 700hp CTR, so It might get a bit hectic...
one more suggestion:
perhaps we could split classes between pp values while still keeping the 700hp cap
ex:
500pp
550pp
600pp
all within 450-700hp range.

I have a black 730HP CTR Yellowbird in black, it got to 250 today following someone, does 230 by itself
 
i'm gonna host a room for a while. prolly the next couple hours. Just for fun, chilling, and tuning. It'll be called "WWA tune and chill" it's room 1472-6188-3744-3754-9360. Feel free to come hang out!

I bought the Lotus Esprit V8 (P) and I didn't know it could go so fast! I know it's a V8 but I just wasn't expecting it. It went 234 (mph) on it's own, I haven't drafted anyone yet to see it's true speed. I'm so excited!
 
How are people tuning their wangan cars? my R34 does 216 on it's own, and my RX7 FD does about 211. Set the transmission any lower and i'll redline, and any higher and they never reach top speed. Maybe I just need more aerodynamic cars?

Don't put spoilers on them if you have
 
Got it. I'll take it off the FD, but i didn't put one on my R34. should I just turn the downforce as low as possible? even then, will removing the spoiler really net me 15 more MPH?

I don't think it will help you that much, but it should help lightly. Also, be careful when taking them off since they might become more unstable at high speed corners. So, test them and pick if it's worth it to have the spoiler on
 
Front lips maybe? I think they help in stability. Plus they're aerodynamic.
 
Should I lower my ride height for the wangan, or should I increase it?
 
Lower. It increases downforce. Which will be helpfull for speed and stability.
 
Sorry I have been away guys, I had to get some of my personal matters in order. But tomorrow at 8 pm est, We will hold our first Meet and Greet. Basically bring any car you want up to 700hp and just cruise the wangan, talk to fellow racers, share tuning secrets, and test your machines.Bring a variety of horsepower and different cars, just to keep things fresh please. Hope to see you there!
 
When you say tomorrow, you mean today? 29/05? I've got something on tonight but will be back late, so could probably join in when i get in which will be about 8-9pm your time.
 
Are we racing/ cruising today? I sent a friend request. No response...
 
Sorry for the bump but is this dead? I'm quite disappointed. Never saw Prolific on at around the said time.
 
Don't wanna sound negative but I've yet to be involved with one of these organised races yet, just never seems to work. I know im from the UK so cant always be on when you guys are, but I've tried staying up till the early hours an its really frustrating when nothing happens. Once I get a few things sorted and have some more time for gaming I may try and organise something myself.
