*Warning* 3.56 could be the end of Duping!

I have just downloaded 3.56 and it rejected my gamesave!
I had also made my backup just the other day.
PLZ HELP

No issue. I just upgrade. Play GT, backup-->sent car-->restore-->play gt..no issue here.

B/c u probably saved it b4 the update right? Then had an update to do the trade and thus the backup was an older version trying to work on the 3.56.

Maybe you restore the wrong backup? (from your other acc perhaps?)

I had emptied out my USB before doing the backup so that nothing interferes with it
Also, it is under my name still

Try create new account. Backup-restore. See if it works.

I didn't have any problems with saves after the update.

When I started the update I was in a secondary account. When the update completed it sent me back to my primary account. I did not notice until I tried to copy a backup from USB and it told me it was for another user. That would explain why it told you the game save was in another name. If you went ahead and tried to copy then it was you that borked it.

Is the save from previous version?
If so, then that is why. It might be set to ignore/not allow previous versions.
I'll try mine tomorrow & let you know what happens.

See, its not an update issue, but it doesnt reconize my savedata as the proper one for my psn
