Weather in arcade mode

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the weather in arcade mode on the tracks that have the weather variable? If this questions been answered before I apologize!

I think it changes itself if your on a tract that has variable weather.

That's one thing I would love, is more control over weather and time in arcade mode as you do in online race settings.

What bugs me is that the game is clearly capable of it but they didn't add the options in arcade mode. Another PD decision that seems a little odd.

Yeah. It makes absolutely NO SENSE. I really don't want to start every race in the rain. And if I do a 20 lap race I don't want it to go through two night cycles. it should just be ONE.

Why don't they allow you to change it. All I want to do is go for a night drive at the Ring. I don't want to finally get in a practice session thats not raining and after about 4 corners of darkness its light again. It completely baffles me.
