Weather/Night Glitch in GT6 after 1.22

Found a new and more efficient way method of glitching tracks:
  1. Go to a track such Grand Valley Speedway
  2. Start for a vote for a new track
  3. Let the player pick a track that has weather changeability
  4. Repeatly press the watch race button so you are able to press it quickly before and after the voting ends and starts changing the track
  5. Go back to the lobby menu and if you are lucky, the track will stay the same and you can change the weather settings.

How do you do the glitch? I followed the video and it did not work :(
It's very difficult to do for the first time. You can keep trying to do it again because it takes time or follow another method I found:

Does this work with the night glitch also?
 
I recently found out today of how to glitch the time in course maker tracks to have night in them, its pretty simple. So far, I only founded in Andalusia, not sure about the other tracks.

EDIT: This also works at Eifel and Eifel Flat.
