Thats´s awesome, just tried to make it snow at Laguna Seca. But I think when others join the room they don´t see the snow?

its not like GT6 is a totally different game. I'm sure there are a ton of minor glitches that went from 5 to 6.

Here's a picture of my GT-R in Laguna Seca with rain.

The filter is COOL, and if you turn the EV down just enough, it will look like nighttime since the car's force of headlights during the rain. :D

lol dat glitch! I think ALl tracks full has weather rain!

ALL TRACKS WEATHER IS CONFIRMED IN GT7!

Did anybody tried the rolling start glitch?
I tested today and it doesnt seem to work well.
there is an old video in YouTube about the glitch alongside the weather glitch

I know nothing about this new one after update 1.17.

But the older glitch was already fixed months and months ago, "somewhen" in 2014. I dont know if anybody noticed, but my last post on this topic has aged more than an entire year.

Seems like a nice glitch but I cannot figure out how to do it since iPad's don't have annotations so could someone please give me instructions? Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just tried by spamming X after I have selected a track with weather and it quickly open then closes a the event settings menu. After that I continue to spam X then the event settings open but everything is locked. I tried again and it closed the event settings then when it opened everything was locked.

You can also hold the d-pad, so the pointer can move faster. You have to do it very quick like lighting speed. If you want a more better way, go to the tutorial for the night glitch.

I've been trying for a while now, spamming X to get event settings hasn't worked and my PS3 shows the loading symbol as soon as a track leave the settings so I cannot scroll to spectate so it might just be an issue on my end.

Edit: Don't worry about it, I give up :/

Is SSRX weather-changable via this?

Has been since GT5.

Since I used this glitch a lot in GT5 and at the beginning of GT6, I can confirm the old method of quickly selecting another track has been patched. So what exactly are you doing differently? I can't watch the video with annotations right now.

So I just gave this a bunch of tries with the additional watch race step as described, but it doesn't work. Even when hitting the watch race button while it's still clearly green and the blue text just appears or hasn't appeared yet, it won't allow me to open the race spectator mode. Tried using the d pad and using both the d pad and a keyboard to boost cursor speed, I'm pretty sure it's not possible to scroll much faster. On all attempts it just loaded the new track. I understand it's about timing it correctly but I can't figure out the trick yet.

I think rain and snow looked much more interesting in GT5's cockpits anyway, but I'll still play around with this for a bit.

Some tracks would be perfectly fine with the full 24h cycle (i.e. Midfield, Suzuka), yet PD limits them to sunset. I wonder why that is.

And it would be more realistic just to allow the 24h cycle no matter the brightness of the track because time doesn't just suddenly stop in real life, so that should be the same in a game simulating real life.

Possibly a memory or performance issue. Sure, putting Silverstone utterly dark only helps with performance but actually turning on flood lights isn't "cheap".

Can't try that method at the time but would it be possible to have night at the Tokyo Route 246?

Proof would be welcome if possible. I try it myself later if I can get it to work.

Its not possible it have night at Tokyo R246. All tracks that have a static time excluding the Red bull Ring definitely cannot be glitched to have night time.

Edit: Here are two pictures of the Red Bull Ring at sunset.
