This Spa WTC600 event is the best event in the game for the Ioniq 5.

No fuel usage so electrics are viable, and Spa sectors 1 and 3 being so power-focused means you get the full benefit out of the overtake/boost (which also helpfully isn't included in the game's PP calculations so you're getting a decent amount of "cheat" horsepower).

True. However you can also install nitrous in almost any other car in these events. Costs 100'000 credits, but doable.

My cars for the weekly's. All on hard difficulty
*Was at a festival this weekend so yesterday was the first evening I had time to do them since they came.

Japanese FR 450 - Stock Skyline R31 GTS-R '87 - Straight forward, pretty easy win. One AI Silvia has a lot of power but can only use it on the straights.... CRB 🟢

Peugeot 2008 One-Make - Stock with sport softs. Won by 15s. Will try it with the comforts for ***** and giggles. CRB🟢

US Clubman 700 - Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 '70. Tuned to 900+bhp. A car I haven't driven in probably 2 years. Brakes are virtually non-existant, turning is slow, but boy is it quick! In the lead by the end of lap 2, won by around 20s. This car needs work. Lot's of it
CRB🔴

WTC600 - Ferrari 250GTO. First time drive, completely stock. Drives pretty good and the sound is just heavenly.
Got P2. P1 was 6-7s up the road. Maybe with a better tire or/and some brake upgrades but good enough for the tick at the box. CRB🔴

Neo-Classical - Tried the Toyota GT-One '99. Rain came at the end of lap 6. Put some inters on and little fuel. All race on FM1. The Jaguar XJR-9 was just to fast for me this time around. Came in P2, 10s behind P1. CRB🟢

Daily gave me a 3-star with 5k reward. 6-star gave me the Alpine VGT. Could sell (duplicate) for 500k but noticed it went for 700k 2 weeks ago. So I'll hold on a bit longer and keep an eye on the prices :P

Did the Weeklies in reverse order. Unfortunately, the aperture setting in the photo mode has stopped working after the last update on PS4 :(

Red Bull Ring, classic Nissan Gr. 1:

Trial Mountain with the good old C3 Convertible:

Willow Springs with a stock Peugeot, only got him RHs:

Finally, Japanese 450 with a heavily overtuned Silvia, just for fun:

...

Next on my bucket list : Taking a Raptor to Trial Mountain.
I have. One more check mark on my bucket list. After a short trip to Fisherman's Ranch I took my tuned 675 PP Raptor directly to the Trial Mountain event, not even time for a car wash in between, humiliating all these sports car rivals ...

TM's been my favorite event this week, tried a lot of cars at very different PP levels. With races between 'photo finish' and 'being in front at the end of the back straight'. Found the sweet spot for good and close racing at hard difficulty somewhere around 600 PP.

Its a composition but not in that way. Its a picture where one car is always the one in both pics but the other cars are carefully added in around it. For instance, the Peugeot is the only car from both pictures but I carefully used the Erase tool to uncover the Jaguar XJR-9 and Honda S2000.

See those glowy white portions? Thats where I used the erase tool to carefully erase the first portions of the picture on the top layer to have the cars from the picture on the bottom layer.

I'm even lazier. I just take two separate pictures with the middle car being the same (in some cases I need to take 3 or 4 if shadows overlap) and then put them onto Powerpoint to crop and match them 😂

What makes you think so?
Two A80 Supras and one A70 are Special Picks in the UCD. We’ll see.

Edit: I’m also thinking of “street” racing. One of the Tokyo layouts with traffic.

using the fairlady z34 '08 with engine swap for the wtc 700 due to its fuel efficiency, the 205 turbo for the GR.B, supra 97 for the one make, the a220 race car for the turbo, and the mercedes '15 for the euro

Nice week compos and good rewards .
I already have a tuned Supra from Titans race , the Smoothbore express will take the duty to clear bloody Tokyo and perhaps I'll take out the TSO 030 for Hats for a lazy ( more lazy you die 😂) run.
I guess the Turbo race will be the one to improvise with various cars .

What I hate about these one-make races is how I have to guess the level of performance the AI is at in order to create a competitive race. I have Supras from 450-800 PP. What am I supposed to use?

Usually the tires are a good indicator. Corvette was SS so anything from 650-700 PP would work. Viper on the other hand was RH and required maxed builds. Since the Viper GT3 was eligible and competitive, and it has around 760 PP with RH and supercharger, I used that value as reference.

If the Supras are equipped with SH tires I believe 550-600 PP will work. Sure you can show up in a Huayra-powered A80 and win easily, if that is your desire. But I like specific builds.

Interesting lineup this week.

- Tokyo in GR.B cars is an instant normal mode setting knowing the AI's crappy driving so I'm making getting that win as easy as possible. That and regardless of what is raced there, I just don't like Tokyo Expressway.

- Before, the Race Of Turbo was a no brainer with the Mercedes AMG-GT4 build. This time, it'll Either be my Vantage GT4 build or my BMW M2 CS Racing Build

Everything else, I'll figure out something.

Also, did some math for this week's win rewards (The total being 356,000 Credits should one place 1st in all of them) with the three Credit Tickets (Which totals 800,000 as usual) and that comes out to an exact 1,156,000 Credits overall when added together. What I want to know now though is what the win awards look like with Clean Race bonuses applied, kinda want to determine if its worth going full sweat for the potential 2,000,000 credits or not.

I'm half-expecting it to be as hard as the Viper races, based upon the Huayra and other swaps for the Supras. And to quote Famine "you’ll need to make some tweaks here as the lead AI car is pretty rapid and has a 15-second lead you need to erode…"

Unfortunately Smoothbore express can't participate at Tokyo 🤬 .

At least can smoke the competition at Atlanta even at 600pp .
Here is my settings if someone wants to try it

Ok its in Greek version but following the digits in the right place can't go wrong.

And my Lazy TSO to lap the field without stop at Hats

If you win the races with CRB, the total for the races would be 534,000 credits. With the three tickets it would total 1,334,000 credits. I don't know where you came up with the potential of 2M credits.

I didn't know, hence I said "If". It was just thrown up as an example of justifying pushing that little extra for a higher amount as I'm still not entirely sure alot of the time on how much the Clean Race Bonuses are (Outside the races I grind).

Maybe in general the base car + 100pp is a good yardstick?

After visiting the UCD and sweeping through the top of my garage, here's the cars I've picked for tomorrow. The weight-balanced Alpine and the Supra still are stock, curious how fierce the Special Event will be. For the WTC700 race I've chosen a new favorite, the Atenza Road Car in 787B-orange. ;)

@RACECAR
I can't remember one single CRB that was NOT ! 50 percent of the win reward, so maths for a max total should be quite easy.

Really easy week with one exception. Sunday Cup requires a little more than 400 PP it seems, the two Renaults up front are pretty quick. Turbo Sportscars you can be around 630 PP and not have much trouble on SH, just watch for how fast the Nissan Z is. Supra one-make was way beyond what I thought it would be, they're all on SS tyres and are in heavily tuned cars, even a fully tuned Supra 3.0GT wasn't that much quicker than them. Wanted to use one of my part tuned road cars but not a chance with how quick they are. Gr.B at Tokyo is very easy even if the weather doesn't confuse the AI, you can do the whole race without pitting on RH if you look after them and fuel map 6 is pretty much 10% a lap. AI is very slow on a few corners, just keep the momentum up and watch for rain. I won by 50 seconds without anything more than a bit of drizzle, if it rains hard it's even easier, was running 1:17s on pretty heavily worn tyres in a stock Evo Gr.B. WTC 700 is interesting, the AI isn't that quick so it's possible to use a lot of different cars. I won by a few seconds in my NGTC spec Focus ST, pitted for fuel only on lap 5 and didn't have much trouble catching the Viper. I think if you push them hard enough they'll do an extra stop, only the Corvette did in my race. Fun car to drive there, not sure if the weather is random but it was very overcast for me, shame it can't rain.

Cars for the week:
