F-3500 on Yas Marina. I do have a V10-powered one under the guise of "Schumacher".


I'm still in Tokyo, so I'll be able to do everything once I go home on Saturday.

Seriously though, I expected PD to amp up the top rewards for weekly challenges.

That's something I didn't even think about: Would this race allow Engine swaps? I got 2 F3500-A models, one with the V10 swap (Williams) and one with the V8 Swap (Fondmetal) while having a F3500-B Model with the V10 Swap (Tyrrell) and the V12 (Jordan).
 
From what i test A or B type is incredible how much difference have adding a little ballast at the rear (25-35 kilos ) on the Spin situation.
A bit of higher gears ,full ero at the back and thank God i could use TC1 .
Times around 35-36 i guess are able to bring me in front at normal level and since @RCKakashi14 or aka Yasmarinasi doesn't willing to share ( i guess ) his top secret settings ,i believe that someone else could do it in order to help,old stinky camels like me and other ordinary people that get nausea with that fast moving bees 😁

Hope we see more of the F3500 event, that one looks fun! Probably the best rotating event since the original JGTC and DTM races.

Has someone looked at the race regs? It will definitely show restrictions.
 
Decent enough week. Sunday Cup can be a little tricky because it's easy to get held up in a few spots, not the most fun track but good pace of car for it. Clubman Cup you only really have to watch for the Corvette C7 but it's still not too hard to win with a car under 600 PP, just make sure you have good straight line speed. Porsche Cup is good fun given it doesn't use the chicane layout, went with a Cup spec 964 and just about managed to win despite the AI trying to push me wide on the last corner. Nissan GT-R Cup depends where the Mine's R34 starts, by the time I caught it it was already 10 seconds ahead of everyone else. Under 600 PP is enough, quite a fun track with those cars too. One-Make was disappointingly short and easy, was hoping for more laps maybe with a pit stop but it was still fun to drive. Really like Yas Marina in high downforce cars so I had a lot of fun around there even if the AI isn't much of a threat. Ran with the F3500-B with the stock engine and RM, fastest lap was a 1:31.9. Also had a go in the F3500-A and went about a second lap faster also on RM.

For me wasn't , leaving aside my 3500 nightmare,at Porsche cup couldn't pass Wulf since was Infront starting 4th lap 😱 .
Trying to preserve CRB didn't get the win either CRB🤣
Run's at 49's (normal level ) as Famine wrote and isn't easy if he escapes traffic early.
Also the first race at GV has nothing to do with 400pp or at least that's my impression.

Anyway am done and I'll return to Porsche cup trying to get the win +CRB with Wulf Infront

1. I hadn't driven the MKVII golf GTI before, It's an pretty fun car, overall.
2. Next, A few months ago, I made a sort of "Carmaro LM" from the Roadster Shop Rampage, It's a very quick car, going around 212 MPH, but very tricky in the corners.
3. The Porsche cup for me is just a very boring race, IMO, so nothing much happening.
4. A few days ago, I built a car inspired by the Mine's R35 GT-R. It's very quick in the straights, but tuning is needed for the handling, as the low speed understeer is atrocious.
5. The F3500 special event was easily my favourite. It was a bit of an handful, as I went a bit too quick for some corners, but otherwise, great. I actually noticed today that the F3500 comes with a semi-racing exhaust, putting on the exhaust changes the sound and shape.
