Weekly Drag Series Week 10 + Results

Alright, I'm glad we've made it to 10 weeks so far :)

This week at Las Vegas we will be running any RUF, new or old. I have no clue which is fastest.

The only stipulation is that no driving aids are allowed - so turn off your TCS!

Verification is done by posting your full setup at the end. Failure to do so may results in your win being stripped away from you.

9.893 after a few runs with no tuning, there is definately more to be had somewhere though, just going to take some time.

Good time so far. You are correct, do anything you want as long as you don't equip a stage 9 turbo or convert the car to LHD. Oh, and still no TCS :p
 
im back this week. Also just for reference, next time i think we shouldnt have the weekley drag series while we have a running tournament. Some ppl are running the WRS, the WDS and when the tournament is happening that to. Its kind of alot. Just a thought.
 
Ive ran a 8.455 in the first 10 minutes of playing.... i hope to find some more in it somewhere:) Theres still a Ruf i need to win....Gotta figure out how to win it though 1st.
 
Ummm, I just want to check, I know I haven't really touched the tranny yet, but you did turn your TCS off right? Under driving aids?

I had waaaaaaaaaaaay 2 much to do this past week, only got a little time in for WDS and am just *NOW* running my WRS stuff! Oy!

But, I'm out of the tournament this time around, just couldn't beat that 12.104 - that was an insane time.

We still had a few days after regular WDS for tourney times which was nice and then another day or so for WRS so it wasn't that bad I suppose...but it was a lot to focus on this week.

I love Skylines and my brother loves RUF and we made some competition between us on las vegas with those cars - i will post his time later - is NOS alowed this week ? i will also try to set up some time by myself :P if i can join of course.

No No, I'm not sayin you cheated, just makin sure you caught the no TCS part, guess I'll have to hit the tranny/ballast/susp and do some tuning.
 
Yeah theres alot to be had in the car with the proper launch and suspension setup! And i know u werent saying i was cheating...i was just saying.. I might have come off wrong there, didnt mean too.

Awesome! There's no official way to join - anyone can run a normal WDS race at any time. :)

NOS is allowed.
 
I'm now down to 9.656. I can't get any faster with AT gears without turning on the TCS. Guess it's time to try MT.
 
i guess i got DQed unless kenny will still let me post my time. I got in really late last night cause of some really bad car problems. This sucks
 
Also before the next week begins. Does anyone have a problem with 2 ppl teaming up on this and of course becoming a team? Not everyone has to do it if you dont want to. Another member and i would like to join our efforts and become a team for this. Ive asked Kenny and he said he was fine but wanted me to post in here and see what you guys thought.
 
I've been busy and since I am running this series, I can do this - deadline is extended until I can actually post a time.

I think the team idea is a cool spin but before implementing it I'd like to see feedback from others.

Oh thank you!

I hope it's extended until tomorrow evening sometime - as I've not even been able to get IN to a RUF this week! I'll grab a stock on and take last if I have to!
