8.999 - that's as fast as she'll go.

As for the teams idea - sounds okay to me.

I'm not sure about teams. Since this is all about tuning, if one of you get the winning setup, you could just send it off to your teammate, and theres your second place finisher. There would have to be some kind of handicap to make things fair for people without a teammate, such as only taking the average time of the teams.

nah it wouldnt be like that. Here would be a sample leaderboard with a team.

Darkwind 12.290
Team GT Warrior(example name) 12.298
Kennythebomb 12.334
BCDSM 12.351
and so on
Get what i mean?

Or alternatively, it could be used as a new event after the WDS tournament finishes. Use a teams section within the normal week's racing. Maybe set up a handicap system so even if the fastest individual racers join together, the rest of us still stand a chance.

Hmm, I might think about this some more - sounds good... 💡

I think having a freind with you doing a few runs, is ok, my roomate and I have both been doing these runs, I do all the tuning aspect of things, he just does some runs for fun, my time has always been the fastest because I put more time into it them him, but it's just something fun for us to do, therefore I don't object at all.

I have a 8.286 which puts me at the top, but I'll keep this open until German Muscle and UMP post their times, or exactly one day from now - whichever happens first.

The rest of you can still try and beat your time, too.

Man i thought this was over on a Saturday. I havent been even trying to go faster then my 8.290 pass i did forever ago. :grumpy: Looks like ill be turning it on, i cant be getting beat :) 👍

First of all i used the RUF Yellow bird. And heres the mods.

all wieght reduction
Super soft tires, of course
Racing Exhaust
Nitrous 70 hit
Racing suspension- spring rate on the front is 11.0 right hieght is 105 shock bound and rebound are both 8 camber is 2.0 stabalizer is 5
Rear suspension is... 12.8 spring rate, ride hieght is 105 8 on the rebound and bound, 1.0 on camber and 5 on stabalizer. i didnt mess with putting the camber to zero, i honestly forgot all about it till i just looked up my settings.... so it would prolly go faster with no camber!
Stage 4 turbo
Racing intercooler
Racing tranny
Triple disc clutch
Racing flywheel
1.5 diff
No cage
Ballast is 50 with 200lbs added
And of course no TCS!!!
Gear ratios are as follows..
1st 2.703
2nd 1.800
3rd 1.280
4th .968
5th .769
6th .642
Final drive 4.400
Auto 13

Now this is how i would get good times... take off in 2nd full throttle, and when it hooked hit the nitrous... time it right where it doesnt spin and shift out at 7200 RPM

U have to time the nitrous hit just right. Its easy once u do it a few times. But if u hit it too early youll go up in smoke :)
