@Jspec, the best I've been able to figure out the chicane is to take it in second gear. Slow down so that the turn in is steady, then a little bit of throttle, then lift off and use the curb and weight transfer from lifting off to turn the car, then accelerate out at full throttle.
For the Grand Hotel Hairpin, I brake down to second gear, turn in, then down shift to 1st in order to lock up the rear wheels and get the back end to slide a bit so the car comes around. The nose of the car stays tight to the curb, and I exit on the inside (well clear of the outside wall). Just be careful to catch the oversteer before it catches you ...
