Weekly races - a few questions

Guys I have progressed in the main "campaign" of GT7 and now have access to the "weekly races".
I have some questions.

1) at the second race, I need a Toyota Land Cruiser '74 which I don't own. It's neither in the used car dealership, brand central or the legendary car section. Am I scr*wed ? I have completed the other 4 races.

2) is the weather preset in these weekly races ? For example if in race 3 it starts raining at lap 3, will it be the case again every time I do this race ? or is the weather on the contrary random ?

3) for race #1, it started raining lightly at lap #3 I think it was. So I stopped to change tyres to the rain ones, but it didn't let me chose these rain tyres. I could only change to RH ones. Is this normal ? I can't put the rain tyres if it rains ?

4) it seems I cannot change the difficulty level of these weekly races. Is this correct ? I'm asking because I find that they're not much of a challenge, I finish first without difficulty which I find suspicious since I am still a beginner and I don't think my driving skills are great. Am I missing something ?

Weekly Challenges are, for the most part, just regular World Circuits events. That means that they adhere to the same suite of settings as the ordinary ones because... they are. The difficulty settings, for example, are defined by your global difficulty setting.

You'll need to have bought wet/inter tyres for your car to be able to switch to them, so yes it's normal that you can't change to them if you don't own them.

Yes, you'll need to own the specific cars for the car-specific events and, where they are cars that appear in Used/Legends rotation like the Land Cruiser you will have to wait for them to appear in the relevant dealer - although usually (not this time) they appear as "Special Picks" in those dealers ahead of appearing in a "Special Event" Weekly Challenge.
