when you do a weight reduction on your car, does it actually show you what its new weight is, in the other games it doesnt yet in sega gt 2002 it shows you what the new weight is in comparison to the old weight

Nice! In GT3 it used to be a pain in the butt to remember to look up the base weight in your garage, go get the reduction done, then double check the new weight.

Do you notice weight reduction alot more than in GT3, there you didn't have the benefits of it on all the places it would benfit you in real life.

Do you race?
So since there's weight redcution, are there Racing Mods or not?

I don't think so, I asked about this before. Now you have the rollcage mod or something. Pretty cool to have a rollcage in a game which won't let you flip the cars.

it's to increase the stability of the car, and reduce so called deformation of the car frame. if you drive a car for a long long time supposedly buying this will help the frame of the car stay in shape, and somehow helping your horsepower not drop (the value it shows that will increase is the hp, so i assume this.)

No race mods but you can use the custom wing to give you adjustable downforce.

That's cool, there's plenty of other racers available. Besides, most of the racing mod cars in GT2 looked rather pathetic.

I thought my crappy 2nd hand cheap ass subaru was pretty damn awesome with its 80,000 spend on racing modifications and still not able to win a decent race with it.
