Weird embedding issue (can only really see on my end?)

If I embed a youtube link or a tweet, sometimes that embedded link will change to a youtube link or tweet from a previous status update, only getting this on my end so I don't know if anyone sees it

Note: this has happened on 2 different mobile devices

Can't show you an example but I did happen recently when I was going though my status updates, I've since deleted the posts associated with them and deleted my cookies, but I think I was somehow triggered by going to the next page I think

Well, the URL of the embed matches the URL of the first video, so it suggests it may be an issue local to you.

Do you have any strange browser plugins, and could you try different browsers (preferably fresh installations)?

I have multiple browsers on my mobile and am currently using the site on Opera, which has no add ons other than the adblocker that comes with it (which doesn't really work that well anyways)

The only real suggestion I can offer is to clear your browser's cookies and cache. I also had a look at the videos in question and everything appears to be working normally with the correct embed codes.
