At level 30 you can view it in the dealers and race it in the vettel challenge but you cannot buy it till your level 40 FACT.

i'd say ferrari (the old one) but i think you can get it from ticket, but you cant win it in a championship, so i'd get that. Or 908 and Ferrari F2007

Mark IV = 1967. The other GT40 is from '69 or B-Spec Indy 500 and it's quite underwhelming.

Yeh I realised that is was 1967 and edited my post just a couple minutes later but you must of noticed before I changed it

Yes,I believe so, but I don't know how to go about it.
