What are the arrows in B-spec?

They show the mood/status of your driver.

Blue arrow: In a good mood, will perform well in a race.
Green arrow: Neutral
Orange arrow: In a poor mood, won't perform as good.

The Blue (pointing up) arrow means they are at their peek and will perform there best.

The Green (Pointing to the right) arrow is a neutral mood and will put in a pretty average performance.

The orange arrow (pointing down) means that they are in a poor mood or they are very tired, to get them up to a Blue arrow you need to wait a while or enter them into a race that your racer is bound to win.
